Blizzard have revealed 4 highlander cards so far, and all of them are class cards. There is no neutral highlander cards in standard so far, and it's difficult to build a deck around only 1 highlander card since they are probably not that as strong as old Reno Jackson. So I guess there might be a pretty powerful neutral highlander card that can combine with highlander cards and become a support that's strong enough to be built around.
Since all highlander cards that's revealed so far are battlecry minions, the neutral highlander support might activate with battlecries or minions that can make their effect to be triggered multiple times. If this is true, I think the new card might be a high cost card that can re-trigger the effect of the Highlander card you've played before.
So here's my prediction:
8 cost 8/8 minion
Battlecry: If your deck has no duplicates, add a copy of each friendly minion you've played this game to your hand.
I hope there's one or two neutral highlander cards, but I fear it still won't be enough for standard due to the smaller card pool and bomb warriors being everywhere, we will have to wait for it to rotate out in spring 2020. Reno decks might see a small comeback in wild depending how good the neutral(s) are and Barnes/big priest nerfs.

I predict you are wrong.
