Toki, Time-Tinker and Whizbang the Wonderful were two cards that stood out the moment they were announced. One allows you to play premade standard psuedo-meta decks and the other one allows you to get a Legendary minion that has been rotated out of standard and into Wild. They aren't powerful or broken cards but they are cards that any newcomer to the game should and would be happy to receive in a pack, perhaps even more so than if they were to recieve one Legendary piece of a metadeck, which would require an extra 3k dust to recreate .
Think for a moment what happens to these cards when they themselves rotate into Wild -
Toki will become a wild card that only gives you wild Legendaries. In some ways, it is a better substitute for something that would give you just a random Legendary out of the entire pool of the game but it would never see play, it's always better just to craft that wild Legendary than just to hope you get it, if you are a Wild player
Whizbang would take a much larger hit. Playing with decks premade for Standard players would be a huge hit in Wild and the person playing it would just be hindering themselves. It wouldn't even be good for Newbies in Wild because the Wild decks are just much stronger and more refined than premade Standard decks.
Therefor, I sincerely hope Blizzard decides to rotate these two special cards into the Classic set. I think it would be an excellent move, especially for people who are new to the game. If these two cards rotate, they will never be played again and I understand that sometimes that just happens to mediocre or bad cards but I feel these two cards would benefit the newcomers to the game much more if they were in the Classic set
I hope that when Whizbang rotates out, he will be able to select every deck recipe that was created since they were introduced. That would really suck if Whizbang is stuck with standard recipe in Wild. (wild recipes do they exist ? I'm wild player and don't even know)
I don't think they will add Whizbang in the classic set.
Great idea's, but the reason they won't touch Whizbang is his purpose will still be served: give new players a chance to play new cards. Whether that's in Wild or Standard is irrelevant, the reward is playing new stuff. That with the adventure giving a Whizbang like card further solidifies this.

If you thought you knew what you think I know, then you'd know I knew you knew I know.

If Whizbang became Classic (and I agree that he should), I assume they would adjust him to select only from the current pool of Standard recipes each expansion -- kind of like they had to do a little work on Deathstalker Rexxar and Beasts generally, to get him to work with all future Beasts.
Toki doesn't even make sense to me in Wild, so I agree that Classic is the best place for her as well.
Zayle gives you 5 special decks to play with apparently so its probably a deck for each of the 5 villains not included in the recipes. If this is the case Zayle will obviously have to rotate with the rest of Rise of Shadows but Whizbang should definitely be made classic since his decks are always the standard recipes.
Whizbang moving to standard makes sense. Toki not so much. Toki is fine as a wild legendary that generates another wild legendary. She won't see much play but then again she also sees next to no play in standard. I. as a mage player, also see no reason why mage should have an additional legendary in standard when the other classes have not.
Well said OP. The cards will become terrible as wild only cards in such a way that I don't easily see how it would be fun using them just to gimp your deck. The entire design behind the way that the cards are currently really nods towards them being standard-only cards.

I bet one of the decks Zayle will have is Bomb Warrior. Kind of an obvious choice for Whizbang that didn't happen.

This is exactly how Whizbang already works. Out of the three deck recipes for each class, he can give you any of those recipes except the "Classic" recipes for each class. The only code work would be to change his set to Classic, and his card imprint to the Classic set symbol.

I'm 100% for Whizbang the Wonderful being classic. Toki, Time-Tinker I'm personally more neutral on but I see your point.

Blizzard Say that zayle the final Cars obtaoned un aventurero is the new whizbang.so is imposible ser whizbang un clásico ser.
I don't understand why they want to print a Whizbang 2.0, even more so since he'll still be in Standard when Zayle is released.
