Token Druid now is the best deck in the game and I love it. I crafted it right away when the expansion started because I loved Token Druid in the past and I was so hopeful that it would succeed and I was right. One of my best decisions in Hearthstone :D
I know that the meta is still unstable but Token Druid doesn't stop to grow, I hate the fact that it would become a mainstream deck right now like Bomb Warrior but it is just so fun to play (for me at least).
So folks, start crafting Keeper Stalladris ( It is a 100% safe craft, I guarantee.)
just crafted it and played it. I lost a game when I figured out stalladris card text was a lie. FYI, no you don't get two copies of each of the choose one choices, you get a copy of each of the choose one choices at the cost of the original card, not at 0 cost, as the actual choice cards say.... Stalladris all of a sudden became a shit ton worse than I was expecting it to be....
. I am playing the most popular right now but i've tried versions with more treant based token druid with Mulchmuncher
Nice, I might try this. How's mark of the loa doing for you? Also how have you been dealing with taunts? They've been the bane of my existence so I put in 2 shield breakers. I didn't think to put Vargoth in for some reason, will definitely do that.

the card text is accurate. He's stiill pretty damn good

If it gave you 0 cost copies of the choose one spell it would be insanely broken. But now it is still damn good.

why is EVIL Cable Rat played? I've been using the murloc-riding-a-hog card instead, rush coupled with leaving a minion behind makes it really good in Token Druid...Been playing my own version of Token Druid on day 1 with pretty good results over a low sample size, 6-1 (without Stalladris, and without Vargoth, although I don't know why I didn't use him at least, forgot I guess xD)

Mark of the loa is very good you can make a good board with the 2 3/2s and in some cases the +2/+4 with taunt is very good especially if the opponent has some tokeny aggro deck as well. Vargoth is insane, look at this insane boards with him. And also i am not seeing that many taunts in the meta right now maybe because of that Token Druid is very good but still there are good ways to deal with them if you have a board.

it isn't accurate. it clearly states after you cast a choose one spell, add copies of both choices to your hand. The choices are 0 mana spells, in fact the cards you end up with is the exact spells as the 0 mana, except for the fact that the mana cost has been changed to whatever mana cost the original card says. So no, the card text is not accurate.
he very much might be a pretty dam good, but now he is just value which makes it a completely different type of card from the tempo and value he gave earlier. Value seems to me to fit far less in token druid, though I must admit im a bit surprised at the amount of stuff it can pump out.
If the Mana Cost of both cards was 0, it would have been just busted! Even if you count in the Cost of Keeper Stalladris you would get insane Value and Tempo. Just imagine a 7 Mana/Draw 6/ gain 2 Mana

nourish was increased to 6 recently. so it would have been a 8 mana draw 6 & gain 2 mana, or a 8 mana draw 3 & gain 4 mana. Drawing 6 cards at the expense of 6 mana and two cards after turn 8 doesn't sound busted to me at all. seeing how they just had UI, the 2 mana wild growth as well as the 5 mana nourish it seems comparatively weak to me. Even if the cost was 5 I don't think you'd nessecaqily use it, as you'd often find yourself wanting to ramp up two turns earlier.
Stalladris is just a meh card right now, imo. yeah its ok to get a tad bit more oomph in this deck seeing as theres not that many buff cards for druid currently. But its by no means an auto include or a must craft. it only works for spells too. My guess is they made this card to initially grant 0 mana spells, but seeing as druid has been the shit for years now, they just decided to make it a lot worse. I don't see this working with any other cards than power of the wild in this deck and I found that to be a bit underwhelming honestly.

reckon I'm gonna craft this. there is a second version that doesn't use portals though and had dendrologist, ecentric scribe, war druid, force of nature and stuff like that.
according to the stats it is doing better than the base version most people are playing right now.
just not sure whether to craft portals or craft force of nature for the other version instead.
what would you recommend as a token druid fan, please
yeah I was thinking of making a more treant focussed version as I love ents and treants and stuff like that lore-wise.
I see the treant versions tend to run the war druid from the last expac, do you use that as well? I'm not sure whether I should craft it or not. probs not needed though.
2 reasons to run mark: Synergy with Stalladris and less minions on your deck, increasing the consistency of the portal. Still, I think the deck is not refined yet and Mark is one of the first cards to get axed in a next iteration.
But I truly think that cable rat is good in this deck, more bodies in the field at same time and some variance that could win you the game against control decks if you pick an extra spell that synergizes with the deck. But hogsteed is better against aggro, zoo and murlock shaman.

Hogsteed could certainly take the place of Wrath, which I've found most useful against T2 3/2s where I'm not really excited about playing Dreamway Guardians.
Then if I'm taking that out and not running Mark, there's no reason to run Stalladris either and I'd be better off with something else like Crystalsong Portals.

Time to start putting Abomination in every deck.
It's actually a underrated card. It does serious damage to aggro decks.

Somehow i got golden Keeper Stalladris as 2nd legendary i get from my pack. This might be the sign to start playing druid (one of my least played).

Running the list in my signature.
Why are folks running Mark of the Loa as a 4-drop (6/4 in stats on two bodies) instead of Hench-Clan Hag as a 4-drop (5/5 in stats on three bodies)? Why EVIL Cable Rat and Hench-Clan Hogsteed as 2-drops?

I don't have Keeper Stalladris or the Crystalsong Portals, so I play a bit different version with the Mulchmunchers, and it works very well for me.
I can't see anything in your sig, dude?
EDIT: nevermind, found it.
