Pure Control is very strong aswell and a very good counter for Boomb warrior. I dont agree that you think all warrior are Boom.Boom Warrior is like 70% Control 20% and 10% are Dragon warrior, Big Warrior and Mechathun warrior.
Why? Just why? In every expansion release, there is always these people like OP, "Expansion is bad. So, Hearthstone is dead." or "Expansion did nothing. Quiting Hearthstone." or "Urgh! Netdecks! The horror! Hearthstone is dead! Terrible! Uninstalled Hearthstone."
Just f**king stop. Go to the salt forum and COMPLAIN there. I keep seeing these sorts of comments on EVERY.SINGLE.EXPANSION. What is wrong with this people? If don't like it, then move on already!!

JagBone's Wild Adventures! 3 Videos Per Week. Fun, wacky Wild decks and plays!
A game cannot be dead with 3 expansions a year and more than 1 million concurrent players, playerunknown battlegrounds has 200k concurrent players and is one of the most played games in the world, hearthstome has 1 million and you are saying that the game is dead
The profit from Hs last year was very big (800 millions) and its a free game (fortnite got 1billion)
so by stats you cant say the game is dead, for me and a lot of peoole the meta is very cool, you have your opinion and a lot of people have different opnions, its impossible to make everyone happy, if you dont like the meta just quit, it will make no difference
I've been having a blast today developing my new Spell Hunter deck. It's really starting to click, still needs some adjustment, but it has some good match-ups. Bad match-up is Bomb Warrior, but I think I have an idea on how to deal with that problem. It's going to require some experimentation and time.
My point, give it time. I'm sorry the immediate top decks of the expansion are not enjoyable for you. Every single meta can't be catered to your personal preference. I personally really enjoyed the first day of Bomb Warrior. I find the deck very fun, and has made me enjoy a class I haven't touched (PW left a bad taste). If you really aren't enjoying yourself, then quit.
It doesn't matter if cards are designed for one 'on-tracks' type of deck or not. You will always end up with a meta of 3-4 optimized decks.
Look at zoolock metas.
Look at face hunter metas
Look at the old control warrior/priest/handlock metas
Those decks all utilized very open-ended cards and still the meta ended up very optimized. You can't prevent this from happening. In the end there must always be a deck that does better and one that does worse. It doesn't matter if the gap is 10% or .5%, competitive players will often make the pick that goes a slightly better advantage in the meta.
Gotta love how everyone a lot of people pile on the OP and tells him that he is stupid and should leave. That'll make the OP feel better about the game.
People complaining about people complaining should follow their own advice and make their post in the salt thread.
I’m always amused when people who describe themselves as control players complain about netdeckers. Meta diversity is bad for control! Netdecking means predictability, which means you can gameplan! Sheesh.
As for Blizzard only pushing one archetype per class, take a look at the class legendaries again. Do those seem like they all belong in the same class archetype??
Do you know what a dying game really looks like? Check out"Artifact".
It is fine if you don't like the new expansion but I am sorry, these "dying game" doomsday speeches for Hearthstone makes no sense whatsoever and should be considering trolling more than anyting.
I guess no one ever taught you that fun is subjective, just because you dislike it, doesn’t mean everyone else does. And considering Kripp and Thijs are both averaging 20000+ viewers on twitch, I’m pretty sure people are enjoying it. Also, you thought you could have a good time in wild, that was your mistake. Barnes has been kept in his unnerfed state for almost three years, of course you wouldn’t find it interesting to verse.
(oh wow this also fix that deathrattle rogue stupid mechanic)
It's not that difficult.... The problem is not blizzard is the average way of think of the players here;
"ME...WANT... WIN. ME WIN... ME PAY..."
Nerfing their easy win deck will make blizzard lose money. People who play for fun don't spend lot of money, fuck them, we need profit for investors.
The thing is that many player who play for fun also like and use some of the decks that supposedly "only" try-hard players use for laddering. Not everyone who plays for fun plays horrible 10% win rate clown fiesta decks.
I played HS for years before making the change into a paying part of the playerbase and my decks were a toss-up of memes and what some players would call "cancer" slow or fast decks. Playing for fun doesn't mean you avoid every single deck that other people are playing and instead go for the edgy snowflake syndrome.
It's my favourite expansion in forever and the first time ever that I've switched to standard (no more Jaina thank you)

Did you ever think maybe hearthstone just isnt the game for you :)

Favorite Cards: 1. Lord Jaraxxus | 2. Malygos| 3. Edwin VanCleef | 4. Zephrys the Great| 5. Deathwing
How are Dragons and Secrets the same deck type?
How are thief and lackey/tempo the same deck type?
How are token and restoring life the same deck type?
How are spell damage and mech deathrattle the same deck type?
How are cheap spell mage and summoning mage the same deck type?
How are res priest and silence priest the same deck type?
How are murlocs and control the same deck type?
How are control and zoo the same deck type?
How are big minions and bomb the same deck type?
This post is pure nonsense. You must of not even looked at the cards that were printed.

can't you just get some friends and play homebrew decks? You can just say "don't netdeck, make your own deck" and you should be fine.
That's a completely laughable and inane comment. For someone who's been around for 2 years, you have no idea what you are talking about.
Oh man, I'm sorry you feel that way OP. The door is that way ------>.

Here your nerf:

Honestly, though. Why can't people be nicer here?
Everyone's playing the same decks because loud children complained about Genn/Baku.
We've lost all options for creativity, there's only twenty cards left in the game, the rest are bad punchlines
