Memedeck-seeker. Always tries to build new decks. Hates tournements, streamers, netdecks and poor-o players. ah, but a tournement mode could be great !!!
Control Warrior because Dr. Boom, Mad Genius is insane and no longer has to compete with most other hero cards.
Control Shaman for the same reason and also Shudderwock
All other bets are off. Nobody consistently predicts new metas, much less after rotation. Remember when Purify became meta? I stand by nothing other than "hero cards are good."
The year of the mammoth expansions have dominated standard for so long. Now they are going away, hopefully the year of the raven expansions finally get there chance to shine.
Tempo and control are going to be very strong. The combo disrupters are going to take combo down in strength which is good. Current meta only armor stacking control works to avoid the OTK of Priest and to a lesser extent paladin. I’m pretty happy right now because I don’t see any clear tier 0 decks like last rotation.
Murloc Shaman will be tier 0 for about 3-4 days until people learn to play around it. Then it will be more of an upper tier 2 deck.
Strong candidates for tier 1, for the most part, will possibly end up being some variant of control (bomb?) warrior, midrange hunter, control shaman, mech paladin and maybe secret paladin.
Control and OTK decks are dead until the next expansion. It will be aggro, then a couple of mid-rangey decks might make an appearance. Games will be over by turn 10. All the 8+ mana cards printed this set will not see play.
FYI, had you asked me this yesterday I would have said the opposite. Then token druid, murloc shaman and secret paladin, and maybe even zoo warlock, were revealed today and, well, there goes the next four months. Aggro rogue will be a thing too. Control and any deck that wants to get to the late game doesn't have the turn 1-5 tools to deal with aggro.
I think people will be disappointed to learn that Midrange Beast Hunter is still really good.
Warrior will have 2 Tier 1 or 2 archetypes.
The fancy rogues won’t be half as good as pirate rogue.
Shaman is one of the best classes: sporting competitive aggressive and controlling decks.
The first week or so will be understandably very aggro heavy. Aggro got a lot of great tools and I’m not sure the AOE is there to match for most classes.
Secret paladin will be very good...then bad...then become more midrange and be good again.

Indeed, I tried to build some decks, and all value/control builds were awful. Secret paladin and murloc shaman are not good by today's standards, but they will own pretty much any control deck I managed to build. I think the best you can do as a "control" deck is a slow midrange warrior. Priest might get there too with a speciffic anti-aggro build.
Mechrattle hunter is going to be a thing. There are a few ways to build it. One interesting one i've seen is able to cheat out multiple Mechathun once you get past 6 mana. Obviously not for it's deathrattle but just because it's a 10/10. In a slower control meta it would be pretty strong especially with Zul'jin. You can also build a more midrange variant and that might be pretty good in a more aggro/midrange meta.
Midrange hunter will still be super strong, but it's first few turns will be a lot weaker so it will be more beatable by decks that can get on the board faster because no rexxar to bail them out.
Secret paladin is going to be a top aggro deck. It has the strongest early turns in the game i think. It's lack of draw and unclear late game, which will probably consist of neutrals, might make it a bit weak later on.

Warrior does. It’s early game is rush minions. It’s late game is Hero card.
Also, I think Shaman might too. Beakered Lightening and the 2x 1/1 rush cards were Shit before but trade quite favorably now.

Token Druid
Aggro aggro aggro aggro aggro aggro

ah, but a tournement mode could be great !!!
I full expect it to be all aggro or value decks. Value Is clearly the name of the game this tine around.
Do not undereatimate mech paly. Its going to be super strong. Mech warrior too. Sleeper decks imo
If you have a deck idea might as well go full ham on it.
Control Warrior because Dr. Boom, Mad Genius is insane and no longer has to compete with most other hero cards.

Pretty easy:
Demon Miracle Rogue
ZooEgglock
MechWarrior
Jepetto Mage
I predict Nomi rogue will be everywhere till Blizzard nerfs Myra's.
Silence Priest.
Pogo Rogue.
Spell Hunter (still got Zul'jin).
Ibn Fahd.
Mine is that the meta is going to be more midrange/ control. With cards like Tar Creeper, Stonehill Defender, Dire Mole, Fungalmancer, Prince Keleseth and Fire Fly rotating out plus the odd and even decks and all of the frozen thrones deathknights, standard is going to feel so different.
The year of the mammoth expansions have dominated standard for so long. Now they are going away, hopefully the year of the raven expansions finally get there chance to shine.
BOMB Warrior!
Mech Hunter (+deathrattle)
Treant Druitd (not top tier)
Silence Priest
Silence Priest
Token Druid
Thief Rogue
Zoolock
In the beginning there will be lots of early aggro. Then the meta will settle into midrange value decks.

I will try face rogue with new weapon and tempo mage with new tools.
Murlock shaman and secret paladin will be Tier 2 a least.
I don't see much control or combo, few tools for control this time, maybe warrior but don't put my money on that.
I think people will be disappointed to learn that Midrange Beast Hunter is still really good.
Warrior will have 2 Tier 1 or 2 archetypes.
The fancy rogues won’t be half as good as pirate rogue.

I think Rogue has great potential in the next meta ..
Pogo, Thief, Nomi .. all look very strong and fun to play, I hope to get some of the legendaries from the packs :P
I'm sorry for my bad english :D
