I think for Tog it's becoming rich again, for Hagatha... Idk probably revenge on us, for Boom its spreading chaos with his inventions and making explosions, for Fortune Teller it's probably the same as for Rafaam... This leaves Rafaam. Obvious answer is to find artifacts for his collection (I'm not into lore so it would be nice if someone listed ones that are in Dalaran). But teasers didn't mention what he wants.
Judging by what the devs have said Rafaam has a pretty clear plan in mind but the others don't know the full details (and nor do we). They made a point about how important it would be for the others to work out what E.V.I.L. stands for, so perhaps that would be a good place to start.
Unraveling that would presumably go on until the end of the year, but I expect the reasons for the attack on Dalaran will become clear with the solo content. Maybe they're after Zayle, Shadow Cloak for some reason?
I'm also eager to know. Why exactly Dalaran? Why not a random sanctum, that is filled with treasures and amulets blessed by the old gods. Why are the members of the EVIL League jumping from a zeppelin w/o a parachute? Can't the guards spot them and banish them before they spread havoc?
@ 00:23 Peter Whalen presents Dalaran as a city, filled with magical artifacts. So I guess the EVILdoers are interested in those objects.
Dalaran represents the 1%, floating in their magic city saying they deserve this lifestyle. EVIL is ironically a force for good that hopes to Robin Hood this bitch.

Fortune Teller is an instrument for the Old Gods (the trailer shows that they are still a part of her). Her being a part of it means that there's some dark evil Thing that is going to benefit Them. Something that we probably will never find out.
Boom I think is less about chaos and more about being useful. He wants to make a difference with his inventions and not sit around lonely with his chicken. The League means he's part of something Special, and that's enough for him.
Hagetha probably would be happy enough just causing pain and torment but her trailer suggests that she's still getting hunted down by the monster hunters. She's probably looking for a solution that'll let her turn the tables and tear apart All that is Good in the process.
Tog is probably the only one really after 'stuff', which is enough.
Raf is the tricky one. It could be an artifact. It could be something immensely dark. It could be something silly. It could involve betraying his group along with it. We'll see.
One thing that has been on my mind is that, at least n what I remember hearing, the present pool of 5 lackeys are the only ones available at the moment.
At the moment meaning that with the expansions later this year we should expect more. As each lackey corresponds to a member of the league, my guess is that we have new members at each expansion. Two in each expansion, each corresponding to one of the four classes not represented by the league presently.
Perhaps the league is currently trying to bust someone or some people out of violet hold, aka dalarans jail
Memedeck-seeker. Always tries to build new decks. Hates tournements, streamers, netdecks and poor-o players. ah, but a tournement mode could be great !!!
My theory is, Madame Lazul has her own scheme (other than lowering attacks of minions of course) and she will use our sympathetic evil guys to do her plan.
Think about Dalaran for a second. That place is literally the library of magic knowledge. You can learn to open portals, to conjure elementals, to summon someone, to do basically everything.
Think about Lazul for a second, too. We know nothing about her, except she being a follower of the old gods. She has that sinister, future telling, doomsaying vibe. Like she is plotting something.
What could be her scheme?
To summon or to resurrect some evil character right into the Dalaran, of course.
This could be Kil'Jaeden. This could be an old god. You name it.
This expansion : They will breach into Dalaran and while our guys are fighting, Lazul will betray them and rise the shadows.
Next expansion : EVIL league and Dalaran forces team up to save Azeroth from impending doom.
3rd expansion : Murlocs will throw a party to celebrate the "Battle Of Dalaran"
just wanted to start theory crafting what we know and what we dont know about the League
We know all of the members are villians and are attacking Dalaran as a group for a reason, but why?
They have minion, lackeys, monsters and throwing everything they can into it, but what is their goal?
are they after a artifact? or is it a bigger goal they have?
To spread chaos and evil wherever they go, stealing treasure and causing destruction? Y'know, typical bad guy stuff.
Take over the world:

My fanmade expansion! (Click on pack to open packs with my cards)

To sell packs! Duh!
adventure mode and the expanded story will explain this.
Since this is clearly taking place in northrend era dalaran (crystalsong forest druid cards), it will prolly involve some titan artifacts.

ahh, I dont know ........I care more about the solo adventure
"We will take Dalaran for all of it got" I think it's pretty clear
They have a plan to destroy OTK decks forever so control decks can be healthy again.
They are looking for the books to get the "Higher Learning" achievement
Dalaran represents the 1%, floating in their magic city saying they deserve this lifestyle. EVIL is ironically a force for good that hopes to Robin Hood this bitch.

One does not simply walk into Mordor,
unless they want to be the best they can be.
And make it double!
To protect the world from devastation!
To unite all peoples within our nation!
To denounce the evils of truth and love!
To extend our reach to the stars above!
Jessie!
James!
Team Rocket blasts off at the speed of light!
Surrender now, or prepare to fight!
Doesn't E.V.I.L stand for evil villains in league?

The problem of all fantasy series.

Let me put my tinfoil hat first.

Every villain is lemons
they want to get lemons or something.
