I just want to ask you guys few questions about the idea of being available to deal 5 "delayed" damage, this thing is more powerful than we can imagine right now.
"That can't be true!"
If this is your answer to my statement let me give you some arguments:
1. Card Draw CAN and WILL be punished, the bombs will shred you fast, imagine this: coin into Clockwork Goblin, next turn Clockwork goblin, after that you equip the weapon attack, and by turn 5.... your opponent has 20 DAMAGE in their deck.
2.You will not make as many risks, you will trade more when u should not, because you never know when the bomb will appear, so if u are low health you are in big trouble.
3. Tools to get rid of them? Not enough.
4. Sometimes stupid RNG can be a thing and just win a game where your opponent will draw 4 bombs, that can happen and more often than it should for this type of card.
I have a feeling there is some kind of disruption on the way for this type of deck, but unless it's incredibly strong, this deck will still be a thing and will be very good. Even getting 4 boombots off of Boom is going to be ridiculous. And if they have rush from the other Boom, it's even better.
Although I love the idea of the ‘boom’ archetype I simply feels there’s not enough consistency (as of the card reveals so far.) The archetype is heavily reliant on rng just like the darkness from kobolds and catacombs which saw no play, the bombs only deal five damage which hardly makes any difference and lastly there are only two cards that add bombs (not counting seaforium bomber) as well as only one bomb lover which requires at least two bombs in your opponents deck. The odds of drawing specifically clockwork goblin into clockwork goblin into the bomb weapon, then hoping they draw none of the bombs until you draw boommaster, a card you can only run one of, and then finally hoping they draw the bombs after is very small. The fact that the goblin is understatted as a three drop as well as the weapon being 2 more mana than it should be make them very bad unless more synergy for bombs is released
I think this archtype looks fun but probably not viable, unless we get mroe "bomb lovers" like blastmaster dr. boom
This is exactly what I'm thinking. But at the same time I do feel the concern that there is no real counter to it. But who knows, perhaps the deck itself doesn't work well enough due to the RNG, and ends up not being one of the most played decks.
I love these card shuffling decks, though. Will definitely be trying this out

It's almost as if this is an unfalsifiable claim before we see the rest of the set.

Enjoying Americans winning in the Olympics is forbidden because it is political. A 14 plus page discussion of state-sponsored lawsuits against a multi-national corporation based on harassment, discrimination, and wrongful death allegations is apparently not political enough to raise an issue.
It seems like a for fun deck so far. Really the decks we see today just plain kill you in one turn, not this drawn out thing. And count on enough games where the bombs are at the bottom of your opponent's deck.
I would compare it to the current version of bomb hunter. It will leave a bit to be desired.
Don't get me wrong, I'll try my best to get a hakkar bomb warrior deck to work.

We haven't seen all cards yet.
Therefore, there could be tech cards, being them healing tools or even a specific minion.
Keep the hype but don't get to early conclusions.

I think Boom Warrior could be ultimate counter to Mecha'Thun decks. Its pretty reasonable to think that Mecha'Thun decks are dead.

Mecha'Thun is done. All the kill methods will be rotated in 15 days.
