So pretty much these are throwback cards that bring back old mechanics back along with the respective villain?
Lazul - WoTOG - Forbidden cards [Spend all mana for an effect]
Dr. Boom - Boomsday Project - Omega [Insane value at 10 mana]
Let's guess the rest
Togwaggle - KnC - It's either Recruit, or the spellstone. But for rogue? Recruit might seem to make sense due to Togwaggle's Scheme, though.
Hagatha - TWW - We have three possible mechanics, Echo, Odd-Even, or Rush. I think it's probably Echo.
Rafaam - TLoE - Now I wasn't there when this came out, but after some digging I think this expansion introduced Discover. For Warlock, seems like a perfect fit.
What are your thoughts?

Togwaggle could also bring an Unidentified Dagger to Rogue.
I don't think Echo will return as an actual keyword. The effect still might, like Unstable Evolution. It could also be a card that switches Attack and Health each turn in your hand.
Just a Discover card might be too simple for Rafaam. He might get a new Curse card that puts something bad in your opponent's hand. Explorers also had a lot of deck shuffling, so there might be something like that too.
I'm not into your Warlock's prediction: I mean, Discover (which, in my opinion, is one of the best keywords if not the best) has been used in all the following expansions, so it wouldn't be that representative.
Moreover, until now they haven't re-used keywords, but just Mechanics (Forbidden, Omega): for Hagatha, I think they should bring back the "swaps stats at the end of the turn" effect, while I haven't played LoE so, not being an expert of that set, I'd like to leave the guesses to other users.
They aren't bringing back keywords, but mechanics. So I'd guess at an Unidentified Dagger for Rogue, and a Worgen-style stat-switching card for Hagatha.
K&C legendary weapon,, Unidentified weapon/spell, recruit, or a secret for rogue, that one only appeared in K&C
Witchwood swapping stats, Start of game ( dont think so) , and echo
My guesses are like
Rogue - Secret ( I am almost sure of that one; if not, it will be a huge missed opportunity) Shaman - Echo Warlock - Highlander or Curse ( can't really decide)
Memedeck-seeker. Always tries to build new decks. Hates tournements, streamers, netdecks and poor-o players. ah, but a tournement mode could be great !!!
Highlander card for Warlock is actually very likely. Renolock was an iconic archetype. But that means that wild will turn into a renolock greed competition
I expect rogues to get either a treasure generating card or unidentified spell\weapon
No idea for Hagatha. Swapping Attack and Health was a Worgen mechanic. Maybe something to do with spell casting or spell generation.
Togwaggle has got to be the Unidentified mechanic. Something like "Unidentified Trinket" that transforms into a 0-Attack weapon with a passive effect, but only lasts a certain amount of turns regardless of durability.

Tog wont bring recruit, they said it is a KnC exclusive keyword.
And also it is not restricted to KnC as a mechanic, only as a keyword.
i can bet an arm that shaman is getting a switch stats card, a wargen

about tog, i would guess a new spellstone for rogue.
We already know Warlock's callback card, it's Rafaam himself.
He's calling back to the Golden Monkey effect, from Elise Starseeker.

You can find me here! Good luck everyone!
Honestly i think rafaam is the warlock throwback card (golden monkey).
Rouge id say recruit will definatly be the call back. Maybe on a weapon for double call back?
Shaman can only be echo i think really.
If you have a deck idea might as well go full ham on it.
Oh, my bad. So they are 2 different things?
I totally forgot about that stats swapping thing from TWW. That is the very likely one. And LoE did have a lot of shuffling mechanics too

loe one can be a highlander card, or a hero power changer (Sir Finley Mrrgglton), discover a x-cost card or Curse of Rafaam maybe?

Hagatha will probably get an evil worgen minion.
Rafaam was confirmed by Peter Valen as his callback card on reddit (Golden Monkey mechanic)
It's not rng if you call - Amaz
