I crafted a golden Zerek's Cloning Gallery because I forgot that I opened the regular one in a pack. I would have spent my 3200 dust on a different Legendary Spell instead.... Lesson Learned: double check FIRST
I regret crafting Whizbang the Wonderful , it was the first thing i did when Boomsday dropped. I ended up playing it 5 times or so. I thought it was going to be fun with the new expansions like Rastakhan, but the deck recipies were totally shit.
Fire Plume's Heart... I've always wanted a golden Warrior but could never get into the class cause of that horrible hero power so I thought this might change something... Turns out I find stalling and going for coin flips to be more boring than tanking up every turn...
Normally I'm very careful w/ my dust, but I regret crafting Raza the Chained and Shifter Zerus. I crafted the first card 2 months ago, because I wanted to make a viable and an alternative Steal Priest list, but soon I lost interest in it. After the rotation I'll return to standard and I'll start playing competitive again. I created the second legendary back in MSoG just because I wanted to have fun (and because Dane featured it in his videos). Well, it was kinda amusing at first, until the devs implemented far more interesting cards.
I'm generally very protective of my dust, and don't ever really craft anything, unless I'm 100% sure I'll be playing it. So I don't really have any cards I've regretted crafting, though I do have cards I regret NOT crafting. Like Lyra the Sunshard. Now I don't really wanna craft it anymore due to rotation.
When Un'Goro came out, I really wanted to play Elemental Shaman and since I was brand new to the game, Ozruk looked awesome for me as a minion with potential to have over 30 health. I dusted him before KFT because I needed dust, this time for playable legendaries like Hero Cards
Although the thing I regret the most is dusting 5 legendaries (also on the Un'Goro launch day) later because I thought that I will never play Wild. And, of course I started to play Wild about six months later, but I could't afford any Reno decks (I dusted Reno Jackson and Brann Bronzebeard), Druid combo decks (Aviana), etc. I also dusted Ragnaros and Justicar and at the beginning I had to play with a budget Zoolock that I crafted once for heroic Netherspite
I crafted two golden Haunted Creeper because they were pretty and it was pretty much an auto-include back then in Tempo decks. And like a week later, Blizzard announced the splitup between Wild and Standard and my pretty golden spiders moved to wild.
I crafted Patches the Pirate and 2xSouthsea Captains just a couple of months before rotation for some aggro paladin because I was playing every deck that required the pirate package without even having it for a long time. And just when I used my 2400 dust to craft those cards, a nerf to patches was announced. Sure I got refunded for him, but now I have 2 useless epics sitting in my collection for more than a year already.

Hobart Grapplehammer.
Don't ask.

Oondasta
Crafted cause want to play beast druid and seems its a cool neutral. Then druid nerf came.
Well not bad but i dont play with it often. I hope after rotation.

This .
Besides I regret that I dusted my golden Jeraxxus... for reasons.
I crafted Lady in White because I thought she would be OP in my spitefull preist deck.
Most of all I dusted some legendaries in the beginning because i thought they wasn't good, and then later had to craft them again. Thalnos anyone?!

Do you remember prince velkor?
Prince Liam. He is not trash, but the card is sitting unused in my collection, because i never play Paladin decks slow enough to benefit from him.
He looked so cool, a holy ghost in a cathedral, inspiring people... Too bad.
Similar situation with Floop's Glorious Gloop.

Patches the pirate, because I opened him the next fucking day, rip
Uther of the Ebon Blade. Never really used him.
I crafted Deathwing long time ago, because I thought it kills all minions and doesn't remove all cards from your hand...
2 x Unexpected Results
Deck just didnt work period
There is a thing called an uninstall button. Nobody cares that you are quitting Heathstone
That would be golden Zerek..or maybe golden Boommaster Flark...or maybe golden Kangor' s Endless Army

Mecha'thun , wasnt as fun playing as I though it will be.
Golden Dr. Boom, Mad Genius The animation was meh. Regular one was better.
The Marsh Queen It was 5 stars!
Lakkari Sacrifice another 5 star card...
