The expansion is going to be Draenei/Argus-themed.
In K&C, Elven Minstrel talks about Gilneas --> Witchood.
In Witchwood, the Monster Hunt Experiment 3C says he escaped Boomlabs --> Boomsday.
I'm not aware of any card in Boomsday that gave away Rastakhan's Rumble, but there's clearly one card in the latter that really feels out of place with the rest: Auchenai Phantasm.
I already speculated that this was a hint to the next expansion, and the first tab of the Year of the Dragon expansion thing-y looks very similar to Draenei architecture, more than it does to Dalaran architecture. This is reinforced by the fact that devs said there would be a narrative tying all three expansions together, and the third tab looks Iron Horde related (it's similar to the Warlords of Draenor card back). I have no clue for the second one though.
I personally would like to see some new “Inspire” mechanics. Especially right as Genn and Baku are rotating. In fact, I wonder a little if plans for Inspire influenced the early rotation.
***Before anyone says anything, I know I’m probably wrong. Rotation was just the easiest way to address the Odd/Even problem.
Honestly, I never know what to expect in these new sets prior to any sort of announcement or preview.

In the Boomsday puzzle lab, Dexter the Dendronogist says "Gilnean pumpkins, Zandalari Zucchini" in one of his voicelines, which definitely is a hint to the Zandalari setting of Rastakhan.
After giving us much lower power level cards in Raven (besides you-know-whos) and thereby making us deal with a year of new cards that aren't used and old cards being overused to death, I don't think they'll squander all that by dropping another KnC. It must have been excruciating to them to print cards they knew wouldn't see play until Mammoth rotated. It's bad for business, but maybe they saw that ramping power levels even further would be worse for business. Credit them for seeing us through to this point.
Hi. If we have kirin tor/dalaran expansion, who would you love to see as legendary?? ππ
Kalecgos would be amazing!! OR Khadgar, Archmage Vargoth
A new playable hero for mage would be great
Khadgarπππ
waifus , waifus and more waifus.

So that's my guess. I hope I'm right.
Custom cards :
CLASSES : Alchemist (CCC#5 | Phase V) | Chef (CCC#4)
EXPANSIONS : Year of the Scorpion (Year Comp)
Could Extra Arms be a reference to Rastakhans's Rumble? It looks like Gurubashi and also the theme of the Arena.
An Aegwynn hero for mage, I'd kill for it. Or at least make her a Hero Card or some badass Legendary minion.
Also, a new way to obtain Khadgar would be amazing.

its not gonna be set in Dalaran

Kael'thas Sunstrider. Hero/mage/neutral card or an alternate portrait.
Yes please.
Soooo is there a card in Rastakhans that hints at Dalaran or "not Dalaran" as the case may be.
Krasus (Korialstrasz): Alexstrasza's consort in disguise and one of the leaders of the Kirin Tor.
I hope the powerlevel stays low.
Draenei girls and tentacles.
khadgar as a playable hero would be cool because he is already a hero skin. so you could be khadgar and then play khadgar later.
Rejoice, for even in death, you have become children of Thanos.

The cool lady with 2 wolves in the horde side tavern of dalaran as a class legendary
For Dalaran, I'd be more excited for the single player content. Battling a string of bosses in Violet Hold? Yes please.
Loved that instance. I used to charge but not kill rats on my warrior to keep my fury high. :D
