people have complained about the excessive aggro in the year of the mammoth, people were asking for a control meta, then in catacombs, we got one. And then people asked for an aggro meta back. No matter what type of deck is dominant, people dont like it. But i wonder which one do you like more? aggro or control?

Rejoice, for even in death, you have become children of Thanos.
I'd venture to say that you need more than two Archetypes for the Meta to be truly varied. Combo, Midrange, OTK, Control and Aggro all need to be represented somehow
I wouldn't really want either, I'd want a meta where all archetypes are viable (I.e. control, combo, aggro, midrange, etc.). I guess if I'm forced to choose I'd prefer control meta, mostly because since it's slower than an aggro meta there's a better chance more archetypes would be viable.
I voted control. But, I mainly mean a slower meta. This meta isn't actually that bad when it comes to game time. You don't typically die on turn 3-4 or anything like that.

Chocolate ice cream is good. french fries are good. Too much of either sucks.
I'd say none. Diversity is an important aspect of the game. I think the meta that we have right now is healthy, all archetypes viable and plenty of decks to play on ladder.

Cubelock wasnt really a control meta since cubelock is more of a combo deck than a control deck
That's Incredible!
No sense poll,
aggro needs control and control needs aggro.
Leper Gnome
You need both.

4/3/19 RIP Keith Flint. 😔

I prefer aggro metas because you play more games, and "going infinite" isn't all that is going to matter.
Caveat: it can't be crazy unbalanced in the way that undertaker or totem golem were.
Homebrew decks meta. But this will never happen.
it was originally designed to be a combo deck i think, but just came out as a regular control deck, that had cards that comboed well with each other.

Midrange and OTK meta :P
Anthing but a hunter meta.

One does not simply walk into Mordor,
unless they want to be the best they can be.
I prefer Control meta over the Aggro one. I like long games, that require some thinking and strategy .
I really didn't think it was that "close".
I thought it would be Control, until I got into one and noticed 1001 stupid, cheap, skillfree combo decks.
Now I think I prefer aggro.

This meta is still way better than an Aggro one
You do realise how bad a control meta would be ? 20 minutes per game.. no thanks
