I'm not going to complain about any particular card or class, even though I am frustrated by them at times. But I'd love to see improvements to the overall game experience.
1) Remove the ability to earn gold from casual (except for daily quests). Get over your ladder anxiety and actually risk something if you want gold.
2) I'd love another 9 deck slots... :)
3) Improve the functionality of the mobile platform. Longer games bog down the ipad app and many times require me to close and restart the app after a game.
Start banning the damn bot accounts infesting wild casual.
If they stopped allowing gold accumulation in casual, this would go away.
no, then you're just punishing the players that don't want to deal with ladder bullshit.. which is WHY people play casual. It's not "ladder anxiety", people simply just want to have wacky fun and see interesting, off-the-wall decks, and not run into the same 6 "meta" decks over and over again.
- A free pack of each Wild expansion with a guaranteed legendary in it
- Ways to customize your own profile and distinguish yourself from other players (Give me a Yogg badge for playing over 1000 games with him)
- More deck slots
- 2v2 game mode
- Autosquelch
- Eternal Servitude nerfed to unplayability, along with its friend Barnes. There is no legitimate reason to pull punches against a deck like Big Priest.
- Wild packs back in the store
- Less dust costs for crafting Wild cards
- [Bonus] Lock and Load synergy for Hunter. Like something that reduces spell cost by (1) for a turn or something.

Start of Year: Provoke the failure of 3 expansions, force nerfs on otherwise balanced cards, bring deckbuilding to an all-time low and get rotated one year earlier for being such a threat to the game's health. - Genn and Baku's historical entry on the White Book of Shit Design, shortly before retiring unpunished
Now that I've reread my post, not much of what I suggested is really "new", but what can you do. It's not my fault people have been asking for this stuff for ages without getting it.

A Barnes nerf is probably reasonable (from what I've heard). You can't really mess with Eternal Servitude because its still in standard rotation, still used there and not a problem, and standard balance has to take priority because it is the competitive format.
Keep the power levels down, and no obvious OP cards like Zul'jin.
Despite my hatred towards Hunters, I have to disagree with you: Zul'jin is surely a strong card, but it's far from being OP. And that's the same thing with Hagatha and Dr. Boom.
The only difference is that today's Hunter happens to be OP, so every card that can be somehow filled in one of the decks of this class results to be very strong.
The problem will be solved with April's rotation, when Zul'jin will remain a playable card but won't be a "one-turn-swing and then Rexxar" card that is now anymore
1. Tournament mode. This game needs to have a way to play and organise tournaments in client and not through 3rd party sites.
2. More competitive modes in general
Modes I’d like to see.
- some form of Sealed draft, arena is fine but misses out on deck building aspect. Basically a mode you get a selection of cards and cant just netdeck the best use the of them
- certain tavern brawls have a more fleshed out monthly ladder with rewards that would actually give tavern brawls some meaning other than play once for pack and move on
3. Casual revamp. Casual isn’t casual it’s full of ladder decks and people trying to get quick quests.
4. A regular Fireside Gathering near where I live. All of them all in London is not much use to me.
5. Gadgetzan Actioneer, Malygos and Sorcerer Apprentice HoFed.
6. More frequent and subtle balance changes.
7. A proper rotating core set. The problem with Classic as a core set is it wasn’t designed at the start of the game to be an evergreen core set as such some cards have become problematic over time and have had to be nerfed or moved to HoF. And even then there is staleness from having the same core set even with a rotation. My idea is to increase the size of the Classic (packs) and Basic (free) sets but to rotate the cards in those sets in and out of standard. These could be relied on by new and FTP players to always be in standard at some point but not at all times so it’s not stale.
8. A more challenging and rewarding single player mode. One based less on RNG with your decks or what the AI draws and one more based on skill with a better AI so that too win the AI doesn’t have to rely on OP cards and decks.
we should be able to buy old adventures with coins.want to buy league of explorers for brann and reno, they are the first two stages of the adventure but it seems that i need to purchase the adventure with real money.
wild packs should be in store, for a cheaper price tag, something like 80g per pack maybe.
tournament mode.
adventures to be returned.
special mode with card bans.
team games, like 2v2.this especially has the potential to revive hearthstone
That they instead of only nerfing cards buff some too to create more balance would be nice. More ways to get gold or increase the amount of dust you get for disenchanting a card. All very unlikely to happen though
Autosquelch is not needed, if you're getting upset over people saying "hello" to you, then you really need to find a different hobby.
autosquelch is not needed, that is true. but it is not about "what do we need to have this year", its "what do you want different this year". and a autosquelch feature would be useful. i would use it, and it would imagine that it would not be that hard to add to the game, it is just something that people would enjoy.
i guess my point is that it would not be needed, but why not? it could only have positive benefits.

I don't understand why people have been begging for auto squelch for as long as they have. Is it too much work to do it at the beginning of the match?
Remove squelch. Emotes are tactical.

After last night's extremely glitchy, frequent disconnect session, I'd just be happy with a playable ipad app.
"Undead" as a tribe as well as multiple tribes. For example:
- Arfus would become undead/beast.
- Cursed Castaway becomes undead/pirate

Everything that's been said lol. I agree with y'all for the most part.
No more polarising decks.
That's all, really.
