i wanted Shadowform priest to exist through a Mad Scientist-like effect, got kinda dissapointed with Shadowreaper Anduin because it completely obviated the card, but i guess i got what i wanted.
Just draw to get double Sharkfin Fan and double Dread corsair, while having a 4-attack weapon up then play them all for 6 pirates on the field and Prep+Barrage twice for GIGA DAMAGE.
I wish that could happen, but it won't. HOlding on to two Preparations but also wanting to draw just doesn't work.
I always get nostalgic for decks that just aren't nearly powerful enough anymore to compete, like Mech Priest with things like foe-reaper whats-his-name and cards that are just solid, but not some stupid combo like mechathun priest.
also rush warrior. Basically I wish decks that are more fighting for the board-centric with big beefy minions were viable instead of stalling until you get your combo pieces or just flood the board with garbage minions and go face.
Wanted a legit Thief Rogue (not Burgle Rogue) that could actually Steal instead of "Copy a card from deck" or even Steal Weapons equipped (i think this card fits a lot).
Cards like : Combo : Steal 1 Mana Crystal(Coin) from your opponent and give it back during your next turn.

Why aren't we going full gimmicky right?
Because both former game directors, Ben Brode & Eric Dodds, have stated that such effects were considered too rage-inducing and tended to create emotional negativity.
Also you would want to direct yourself to Thief Priest.
Mind Vision used to actually steal a card in their hand, but costed mana 4 instead of 1. Thoughtsteal let you draw two cards from your opponents deck, still 3 mana. Mind Control costed 8 instead of 10. Finally, Cabal Shadow Priest still had the same effect just with a smaller body.
Meanwhile The Lich King can generate a card, Death Grip, that actually does steal a card from your opponent's deck.
What kind of archetypes do you really wish existed, or already exist but never got to be anything?
For example:
Freeze Shaman: the meme that will always be a dream.
Shadowform priest: a single card that always stayed irrelevant. I'd always wanted this to become an archetype.
Why u hav to be mad? is only card gaem.
Dragon Hunter. Gunspire Warrior.
I just want Emeriss and Blackhowl Gunspire to become relevant...
Pirate Mage. Don't ask me what is it about.
Weasel Tunneler Hunter. Wild only.Use your imagination
Mathias Shaw Rogue. Not sure what is this about either.Possibly a future archetype.
Shadowform Priest
Dance rogue
Time mage
Mill paladin
Resurrect Shaman
Spell warrior
Weapon druid
Dragon pala, but it was just a one-off support just like dragon Hunter

Cannon Barrage Combo Rogue.

I tried having fun once. It was awful.
Burgle Rogue. I know it's almost legit now with Academic Espionnage but I tried to make that deck work for so long and it was so freaking terrible

Echo-Mistwraith Rogue
Rabbit-Shark Rogue
Banana Coin Giver Rogue
i was thinking of similar cards for a while, i always believe shadowform didn't see play because of 2 things:
1- it costed 3 mana, which is basically do nothing, you must pay 2 extra mana to do something, which is exremely expensive for a 2 damage as a start.
2- even if you managed to pay that 3 mana, there is no point of playing that archetype atm.
I just want Mill rogue back in standard :/ I miss Coldlight Oracle.

Shadowpriest is the thing, yeah.
Moonkin Druid, with spell damage and token moonfire card generation.

I agree. I home brewed a kingsbane rogue at that time that was amazing. I was even able to make The Darkness work after DK was played.
As a main Priest, I love these cards! If you created them, really good job dude!
