Last expansion, I shared with my fellow Hearthpwners a guide on how to save on bundles. This time I've decided to dedicate a thread for it to reduce confusion
The method is simple, we pretend to be Mexican android users and make the purchases under their pricing. I've crowdsourced the data on international bundle pricing and determined that Mexico should have the best price that we can take advantage of, with Russia coming in as a close second. There are a few instances where prices are cheaper (such as region-locked Argentina or PC-only Brazil) than Mexico but since my guide only works for Android, we're stuck with "only" a 10USD discount ;)
It's also worth mentioning that I'm only referencing the "big" bundle with the skin here. The "small" bundle is a waste of time and actually costs more per pack than the regular price for 60
Select your old google wallet with your home country. Scroll to the bottom of the settings menu to delete it
Add your card to the Mexico wallet. Make sure to put your real billing address, not a fake one
Open HS on your android or android emulator, such as Nox
Your system may still display the wrong/old price but tap to buy a bundle anyway. Don't worry, you won't actually buy anything until after a few more confirmation screens
HS will connect to google play for payment. It should display the cost for Mexico, but sometimes converted to a different currency. From here, make your purchase normally
If you get the error "your payment cannot be completed", contact Google and your bank to let them know your accounts haven't been commandeered by a Russian hacker
If Google tells you there is a "currency missmatch" and your bank tells you there are no charges, wait to contact Google again later and hope for a more lax representative. There have been several instances where people have run into this situation and resolved it by simply hitting different Google reps
Profit. Also enjoy cheaper prices on everything else in the play store too!
The "A"s of FAQ
No VPN or spoofing required at any time. Using these may actually cause problems
Does not work with PayPal or iOS
Does work with emulators. In fact, if the above guide doesn't work, I recommend doing the steps again from 6 onwards with Nox
Does not work with Argentina because they are region-locked. Mexico and Russia have been confirmed to work, the others are untested. Feel free to try the rest of them
Tested on all servers except China
If you don't have a google wallet account, just skip the delete your profile part
If you already have a google account, making a new one (rather than a new google wallet) has been reported to interfere with the payment process
You can delete your Mexican google wallet after this is done and make yourself your old account back. Personally, I'm keeping it Mexican for the better play store deals though
International prices:
NOTE: These prices are for RR, not RoS. RR bundles were smaller, and therefore cheaper. However, we can still use the chart as a reference on how bundles should cost relative to the other countries
Here is the link to the google sheets. If you have data on any countries not listed, feel free to contribute. Please note that we're mainly looking for Android prices as the guide only works on Android
A big thank you to everyone who helped us fill the data!
I really appreciate the effort you are putting in here.
But instead of jumping through all those hoops you describe in your guide in order to pay an equivalent of 38 EUR in Rubel, I'd rather just buy 5k amazon coins for 41 EUR (today's price on amazon.de) and be done with it.
Thanks for all the contributors so far. Looks like Russia is "winning" the race but I'd give it some time. We have plenty until the expansion hits
It's interesting how Turkey's prices, like Brazil's, are worse than Russia's given that they were one of the better options last expansion and given how their economy has been going downhill (my condolences). I'm most curious about the other countries that also had the better prices from last expansion like Chile and Mexico. If anyone wants to check proactively, those would be what I'd start with

Good on you for finding another way to do it :)
Amazon coins isn't available for everyone though, and doing it from uneligible countries also requires a lot of hoops and may cost more. I'm hoping to help others who don't have this option as well
Did they only change the price in the play store ? When i was looking on the brazilian hearthstone site right after the announcement it was the equivalent of 30$
I'm Brazilian and for me on the PC client the price for 50 packs bundle is the same as ever (R$117), which in direct conversion on today's rate amounts to US$31,13.
Czech Republic Adroid prices (i expect them to be similar all over the EU): 17 packs = 549 CZK (24,3 USD) 50 packs = 1399 CZK (61,9 USD)
My only known option how to get cheaper packs for my country is to use US battle net on PC (for EU server, yes), so i can get at least 20 USD / 50 USD priczes.

I actually didn't know that amazon coins wasn't for everyone. Thanks for pointing that out.
I looked up the conversion from € to USD a few days ago and at that time the € was worth less than the USD. Today, the € is worth more than the USD. So I strongly advise to wait until release day to choose from which country you buy.

Afraid you might've read it wrong, the Euro hasn't been worth less than the Dollar since like 2002.
My guess is that Blizzard adjusted Brazil price in response to how popular these pre-orders were last time in "Brazil".
Milions of unployeds, worst economic crisis because 20 years of socialists in power (If socialists manage the Sahara will have lack of sand in no time), crimes rising and die more people for year than countrys in war.
We have much more important things to do with our money than spend in virtual card game.
Friend advice, If you thinking come here for vacation or something like that change your mind.

Historically, countries experiencing economic crisis get better pack deals to compensate for their lower purchasing power
Anyway, Blizzard only adjusted Brazil prices on android. Real citizens of Brazil can still get good deals by buying on PC, so we're not really hurting anyone here
Argentina seems to still have the cheapest prices when converted to USD. We pay the equivalent of USD$15.88 for the 50 packs bundle of Rastakhan. Nevertheless, we have the second highest inflation in Latin America. And the fourth (I think?) in the world. Not so nice being here.

I've updated Android App prices for Turkey:
₺99.99=$18.69 and ₺249.99=$46.73

I do what I must, when I must. Know this well.
Gonna keep an eye here just in case.
I followed your guide for last expansion and kept my Play store setttings for Chille.
Cheaper bundle is 11,900 CLP which is about 17,5 USD and bigger bundle is 29,900 CLP which is arround 44 USD.
So if I would change my Playstore settings to Brazil and buy it I would be cheaper or? I don't really know how this works.

Argentina: 50 packs bundle $590 (like U$S 15 at national change). Don't tell blizzard please, we're fine here. (PC price).
