I cannot understand why guys love to play Quest Warrior. Playing taunt on curve, clear board in a must-clear situation. After finishing the quest, play the weapon and the lottery begins. It is surely boring comparing to such Old School CW. I think it is the deck that requires the least skill-cap. Do u think so?
Control warrior in general is boring to play and play against in my opinion. Long ass games, hero power pass half the time and just clear the board when you need to.. Atleast the quest adds some spice to it and for it to activate they actually need to put minions on the board.

You do realize that the deck plays almost the same except for the fact that the quest has a win condition against other control decks and combo decks?
Old school CW also just plays minions, clears, and armors up, exactly the same as the quest variant. But old school CW can't beat most other control decks in fatigue, and against combo generates no damage pressure whatsoever. Quest warrior actually generates pressure against other control and combo decks outside the fatigue game plan.
I've had fun with Odd Quest Warrior. I think it is more frustrating for the opponent who has to continually beat through wave after wave of taunts, plus +4 armor nearly every turn. It's not a fantastic deck, but its not a terrible deck either.
The least amount of skill required is a deck called big priest. Congrats you can cheat out big minions. Pray that I don’t face rogue and have barnes on curve.
Now I really like Odd Warrior but Quest Warrior... boring ya, un fun ya... I crafted and DI'ed it in a 2 month span. Did I win games? Yes. Did I have fun... NO. Thats my experience. I agree OP

I suppose it trades armour gain for a more proactive win condition, but yes, it is super boring.
No, Control Hunter is.

Every control warrior build is just "armor up, use efficient removal, drop value-generating threats, win in fatigue"
