As oddly specific as it is, we haven't had many interesting 1 mana legendary minions like sir finley or shifter zerus in standard in a second. Sure we have chameleos but I feel like a lot more should be printed in future expansions, just something i thought of. Their power level is usuallly interesting or sometimes just op (patches) but i just wanna see some more because they're usually pretty interesting, what do you guys think?
no it doesn't. 1-drops are hard to balance as it is. Legendary status means their effect hass to be even more powerful, while at the same time the fact that you can only have one copy in your deck increases the RNG snowballing factor.
Finley was bonkers back when tempo decks where king. Don't need to repeat that phase
I think there is nothing interesting about an op 1 drop. Guessing you love Keleseth though and think that design is gravy. Sir Finley was awful for the game btw. Just a bunch of aggro decks trying to take rexxar's hero power. Meh. 1 Mana legendary cards can be interesting like Soularium and Gloop, but on minions it becomes a game of high rolls and low rolls.
Low cost legendaries are generally a bad idea. Unless they are designed so that they are not a turn 1/2 play.
Variance means that if the card is strong enough to play then it increases the luck element to be only allowed a single copy. More so than if the card is played on a later turn.

I tried having fun once. It was awful.
I am not convinced that ‘Legendary status’ also means ‘more powerful’
It definetely has to mean ‘more unique’ and I agree that Legendary cards has the potential to be more powerful.
Reprint patches as an epic card
Top deck is cheat
