It's a 4 mana 6 damage charge, so I'm gonna say no. But I love the idea, so maybe make him a 2/4, and the pumpkins 2/2. That way he isn't just an auto-include or miracle rogue part 2.
One idea would be to create holiday versions of regular cards replacing the artwork with themed artwork but retaining the same mechanics. The cards would just appear in your collection for a week around that time of year.

A 6/5 charge for 4? Didn't we just lose a 6 attack charge for 4? Oh, and it clears the board? So for 4 mana you can nullify aggro decks and give yourself a nice fat 6/5 charge, and this is without knowing what the Halloween Token card does.
And 4 mana to put up to 7 2/4 charge minions on the board for each player? This is an "I win" card. Giving your opponent up to 7 2/4 charge minions doesn't mean much when you'd most likely only play this card to kill your opponent. Pumpkin Harvest + Savage Roar = 30 damage on an empty board for 7 mana. Pumpkin Harvest + Bloodlust = 35 damage for 9 mana. Pumpkin Harvest + Vanish = 28 damage for 10 mana. I'm pretty sure Blizzard is trying to steer clear of OTK's and you've made the OTK god card.
Edit: After reading the Headless Horseman card again, the Battlecry would actually remove it from play before it could do anything, so pretty much it's just a 4 mana Twisting Nether that gives each player a Halloween Token card, whatever that does. Still way too OP.

Battlecry effects happen before the card enters play*, so it wouldn't remove itself.

Actually, after looking through the cards. There's no way Battlecry effects can happen before the card enters play or your list would be longer than just including Onyxia.
Injured Blademaster would come into play as a 4/7, since according to you it would deal that 3 damage to itself prior to coming into play. How do you deal 3 damage to something that isn't in play?
So, I'm going to have to go back to my original assumption that the Headless Horseman would indeed remove itself unless, of course, the card creator includes the word "other" somewhere in the card text.
and dont u? with Razorfen Hunter u get 1/1 Boar first. it got pretty much confirmed, when i had 1 durability on Sword of Justice and i played Razorfen hunter and 1/1 got buffed to 2/2 first. mby onyxia has "wrong" wording and what actually happens is "after Onyxia hits the board summon 1/1 whelps until your side of battlefield is full." :)
Love the idea of Halloween themed cards. Hate your examples. Didn't they nerf Leeroy Jenkins for a reason? Now you more or less combine him with Twisting Nether as a 4 cost? Pumpkin Harvest is just as OP. You take Force of Nature, which already wins games, and give more than twice as many tokens with charge and the same attack for 2 less mana cost? These cards would be so overpowered it's insane. Are you trying to break the game?
It depends how cards are designed, I also see the Razorfen Hunter's Boar first. And concerning Onyxia it's an animation effect I think.
It's not just the animation. If Onyxia's ability really happened before she came into play, she would give you 7 whelps (assuming you have an empty board), and then there'd be no room for her. She'd always die before entering play.

That's right, the tokens from the Knight and Mechanic etc come into play first. You could test Onyxia's timing the same way. Play her while you've got Sword of Justice and see what gets pumped. I haven't tested it, but I would guess that the whelps would get pumped before Onyxia. I think the mistake in her wording is that she should say "until your side of the battlefield is almost full". They probably just leave it vague because they prefer brevity over accuracy and consistency.

I think Deathwing, Warlord and the Bomber don't need the "other". It's probably just there for extra clarity. Although that's weird too, considering the lack of clarity on many other cards.
The Blademaster is a good point. Its ability shouldn't work, except that it's obviously meant to work the way it does. Just another example of HS's inconsistent wording.

*Except for Onyxia
Oh, coolio...still, still OP.

Deathwing wouldn't need the "other" in it's card text; neither would Frostwolf Warlord or Mad Bomber.

If your board had 6 minions and you played a Gelbin Mekkatorque, according to you, the AWESOME Invention would come into play before Gelbin Mekkatorque. Same with Silver Hand Knight, Dragonling Mechanic, etc; you would get the lesser minion first.
So, I'm going to have to go back to my original assumption that the Headless Horseman would indeed remove itself unless, of course, the card creator includes the word "other" somewhere in the card text.
