I feel like because there is so much RNG factor involved that it wouldn't make much a difference, they wouldn't have to change the starting timer for picking cards and it would allow for more diverse meta than EZ pick decks (ie. facedecks).
No this would simply make the game more polarized for certain match ups. Being able to mulligan multiple times only lets greedy decks stay greedy. In games like Magic it's fine to let people mulligan more just because the game requires you to have more cards to actually play the game. However, the one card that lets people mulligan for free again (serum powder) is literally only used in the most disgusting of degenerate decks.
In Hearthstone, having a bad mulligan means two things, either you got unlucky and mulliganed away bad cards to get more bad cards, or you suck at deck building and can't make a balanced curve.

I don't have something witty about this deck, I just like it because Malygos is fun.
This isn't magic the gathering. My only thing I'd like to see with mulligan is that if you mulligan a card away you don't get it right back. A lot of people disagree with me on that but that's my only complaint.
Also it wouldn’t reduce aggro, they benefit too. The reason aggro is always so common is that it is easier to play and results in quicker games. As long as the ladder is about the number of games played people will want to play fast games.

Keleseth turn 2 every game
One could argue it would potentially make him... viable. See what I did there?

Whenever I play against kele deck, they have it. It would not be a change for me anyway :D
you're right, Keleseth isn't viable.
nah. It's a bad idea, so the majority of players would vote no.
I have seen worse.. much worse.
Op: learn to mulligan right, you probably are too greedy with your mulligans sometimes taking the 2nd best option is also a good idea.

The only fix that should be done to mulligan is that second player shouldn't get to mull all 4 cards.
Maybe for a brawl it could be nice... There was one where you discovered a card every single turno, right? Something like that?

How about we remove mulligan and we all start the game with all 30 cards in our hand ?
Unlimited mulligans, but each time you get 1 fewer card.
