I would. I really dont enjoy seeing almost every new card for new expansions, before they are out. Sweaties already have decks built before expansions drop. I think some fun is removed with the reveals. I think it would be fun to open packs on expansion day and have no idea what to expect.
I kinda wish it was all revealed at once haha. I know that revealing a couple cards every couple days then a few every day is a way to build hype or whatever. But I get bored of that quick.
ESL revealed some cards over the course of like one week then had the card dump right there. Hearthstone waits too long I think, but whatever, whatcha gonna do.

I wouldn't mind a sort of partial reveal. That could be cool. Like, leave all the cool cards for release, but show off some of the new features and such to build hype

As others have said, whether or not to look at the reveals is totally up to you.
That being said, I completely get why some people would like to go in blind. I personally enjoy spoiler season in Hearthstone, but I have enjoyed doing blind opens of physical packs in MtG in the past. In those cases it was entirely about savoring the enjoyment of opening the packs and extending the experience by taking the time to read through and evaluate each card. For anyone who might not be aware, paper MtG is much, much more expensive than Hearthstone (especially if you choose to buy packs).
I don't mind the reveals, but imo HS drags it out WAY too much. I give them kudos for at least having a schedule and a shorter interval this time though, so that's a start.
I also think they should rework how they reveal. It's frustrating for them to reveal a card, but not reveal the support for that card until later.
Just as a (poor) example, I'm thinking of all those Shaman freeze cards they released, but they staggered the reveal. So people theorycrafting ideas for Freeze Shaman (again, poor example, but you get my point) are basically wasting their time theorycrafting until all the cards are out anyway.
So it would be nice if they decided to have all the Burgle cards in one reveal, and all the odd-cost themed cards in another, etc.

If they didn’t reveal the cards over whatever period of time like they did here, it’d start to feel a bit like Whispers did, where they announced it pretty early, and we just had to wait a month before we actually got the reveals. Even these two days the anticipation of it is there for me, and if I had to wait those two extra weeks after they announced it, or they just didn’t announce it until a few days before release, I’d just feel really sick of waiting for it, which really ruins the hype, and makes the experience in general much worse.

That's true. But in ESL's case, they started doing reveals around the same time Hearthstone did. And their expansion was released last week haha. No need to wait around a couple weeks after everything's revealed.
I'm just eager to play the new expansion. I'm tired of listening to people complain about how the meta sucks and how warlock is op. That'll change when everything rotates... right? Bahah. Yeah, right.

Hello!
You can always avoid looking at the reveal articles
I'd like to see what I am preordering (or not preordering). So, card reveals are fine. Plus, it causes a hype (not this one, but in general).
Sweaties?

Hello!
Marketing is still vital. its like saying lets put movies in theaters without trailers, just let people know its release date; nothing else.

no theorycrafting expansions is the best part of this game
Mhm, basically this. Some people are spending real money on this game and they wouldn't want to be deceived.
