So, we still have the Wild arena; we've had 2 brawls centred around Wild; there is a Wild tournament (Don't know if it has started or finished). Assuming that the next expansion comes in April, there will be 3 more expansions going into Wild. So after all this, if you have hardly or haven't touched Wild at all, are you encouraged to play Wild? Or are you just going to stick to standard?
I already play wild primarily but I have to say that if I wasn't, this event would do nothing to push me into that direction.
It was essentially a non-event with very little promotion and hype.

Well I have always wanted to play more wild so this string of events have helped put a focus on it. What I think would do even more for me is seeing more moves akin to the Molten Giant unnerf and HoF. Blizzard of course had to make some changes to ensure a less abusive standart meta, but along the way it also destroyed some great decks. If they unnerfed Warsong Commander and HoF'ed it we could see a whole new archetype reemerge in wild for Warrior (and we all know he needs it) it could also be abused the same way as before or in new ways.
I saw very few Wild cards in the Brawliseum, and in the Wild Arena Wild cards weren't showing up as often as KaC, and when they were, they're often worse than the other 2 choices.
I play Wild anyway, but if I was a newer player who knew nothing of it, I doubt this would have converted me.
In my case i will keep playing Standard because when cards rotate to wild i DE them, to be able to craft some new good cards. I've never played wild so i see that as 'free' dust to craft new standard cards.

Why? I think it would be more expensive if i need to craft 10 legendary cards to be able to have a good wild deck. (I know they're not 10 but definetely more expensive than a standard deck).

Wrong :) And who gave you that upvote?
As I said: "Long run" which is not right now but in the long run.
If you have to make a Standard deck, you will have to craft whole lot of new cards. Again and again each year. If you have to make a Wild deck, you do not have to change much each year because most of your cards will be the same.
Standard = Expensive in the long run. Wild = Expensive in the short run/right now.

The thing is i don't know if i will play Hearthstone for the next 3 years so i prefer to enjoy playing standard with most of the cards than waiting to have enough to play wild. Anyway i save gold and dust for every new expansion + the dust i will get of DE the cards that are going to rotate, that's enough to build a top tier standard deck.
Idk about the upvote but he knows what im talkin about bro
I've played since beta but took a gap during the GvG meta and didn't bother getting those cards. So, seeing the occasional card I don't know in Wild gives me some impetus to play it. I also use it as escapism when I get disillusioned with Standard.
On the flip side, it really gets my hackles in a twist when I see standard only decks in Wild.
Absolutely not. In fact, it seems impossible to have any sort of fair game there. Stupid ass broken cards galore. Wild can go to hell and I hope this Brawl never returns.
First I must say that I am a "collector" type of a player. So for me, Wild will always look at least decent.
Wild mode allows for more creative deckbuilding. With every year, there will be more and more options... and that' more fun (for me). So - I naturally play more Wild with every year (and that is my long-term goal, it will also be cheaper than Standard if you have collection worth of few years).
I played Wild Tavern Brawl, and it was super fun for me. I played Jade Druid with mostly Standard cards... without Aya and/or Kun (I don't have those in my collection). Achieved 18-9 (wins-losses) in 3 runs (67% w/r). I was prepared to see more Warlock-Giantlock or Big Priest, so I used tech-cards - 2x Poison Seeds (Common cards btw)...) but instead I was facing mostly Aggro decks. It was fun, because it was quite a challenge to survive sometimes and it felt really rewarding :P In the end, I did a few mistakes and results could have been a little better :) I really would like Wild Tavern Brawl to return sometimes :)
Wild Arena, I didn't play myself yet, because of lack of time... will try this week. On streams it looks ok, if only Paladins werent sooo strong :P
To sum it up, the Wild event is fun, I really enjoyed Tavern Brawl. Wild Arena on streams looks good (for a short-time event).
But on the Blizzard side... the Wild event seems pretty lackluster. There was barely any info about Wild Arena at all... in fact, we still don' know exact rules (offering rates, if KnC expansion bonus exists or if Wild cards have ANY offering rate bonus at all). 1st Wild Tavern Brawl with pre-constructed decks was rather weak, because Blizzard went with "easy-to-play" decks, instead of showcasing Wild mode possibilities.
2nd Wild Brawl was good and fun, but didn't really showcased the wide possibilities of Wild mode in general. People were using Aggro decks with mostly Standard cards... but that's because those are very strong, and people didn't bother with crafting many cards, just for 1 Brawl.
There's also no "visuals" in main-menu indicating that Wild themed event is going. Very low-effort on the Blizzard side unfortunately. I agree with everyone, that - promotion-wise, event was veeery weak.
I voted yes, but mostly because I like to play Wild anyway, so I am a little bit biased.

Then again:
If you want to only play Hearthstone for a very brief period of time go for short run economy. Keep dusting your cards.
If you want to go for long run, don’t. Be smart instead.
I am playing a bit of wild now with a tempo dragon warrior I used to play a long time ago, but what caused me to switch was more that I was getting too annoyed at the standard meta than the brawliseum or the wild arena things.
I'll probably stop at whatever rank I get to before I hit a wall with this deck though - I'm not crafting any of the expensive top tier decks. It has been fun so far though with 44-15 wins up to rank 14, but it gets shat on by those naga giant decks which I imagine are going to get more and more common as I climb.

What do you vote if you have always played Wild and still do? (I votes "yes")

I actually did so bad the last tavern brawl, I am thinking of moving to standard for ever, lol!!

No, fuck this naga bullshit.

After rotation the difference between Standard and Wild will be MUCH bigger.

No until they nerf naga and/or Barnes.
