I still love playing my wild evolve shaman. It's a lot slower (and greedier) than the more aggressive evolve shamans most people are used to, but that makes it much more fun for me. My most favorite decks however were pre-nerf Yogg Saron decks. God I remember crating Yogg as my first legendary when I still had a very small collection and I had the time of my life playing Yogg decks all the time.
Highlander decks- coming from a standard player. They required creative deck building and timely resource use. I loved Reno Mage and I especially loved last years revival with Razakus Priest- wow I loved that deck.
I like all the Combo Druid as well (but only got Aviana recently and crafted Kun the Forgotten King (since I got Aviana) so It's not time-proofed yet).
I started with BRM and i would've droped the game if someday i wasnt beaten by pre-nerf patron warrior. That was just too beautiful, i bought both expansions and spamed the deck. So, first one - Patron Warrior.
Than i watched some old videos and old Miracle Rogue was the one who made me with i started HS earlier. Triple Leeroy was absolutely gorgeous. I played many versions of miracle rogue, all of them was great, but the one i haven't played still makes me jelous to older players. I guess, second one is Miracle Rogue.
Pretty soon after i learned Patron Warrior Warsong Commander got nerfed. I was absolutely furious untill i found my new passion - Freeze Mage. This deck was so great, that i actually donated to get fully golden version
When Ice Lance and Conceal left standart, I left with them. Quest Mage got popular in standart, but it just wasnt it - too much random card generation is not something i could handle. But the combo itself was great and wild still have acces to Emperor Thaurissan. I builded this deck almost 2 years ago at Un'Goro launch and i still tinkering with it! I have almost 5k ranked mage wins and almost all of them was playing this deck. So next one is Exodia Mage.
I still tryed to do something fun using auctioneer and rogue spells, but playing small-time buccaneer and patches was just game winning itself. At the same time quest rogue got popularity and at the start i hated it. Miracle Rogue was the only one i concidered "cannon" for the class. But then in got nerfed, and it became way smarter and coolel and i fell in love with Quest Rogue.
And finally brand new deck - APM Priest. Its just so fun and cool, im having really good time playing it. I wish this deck get some tools to break the meta, it just feels like this deck missing one small detail to do so.
C'thun warrior. Unrivaled king of armor at the time with that 10 armor guy and Brann. Now Druid can gain 12 armor with 4 mana with a card that can also draw 2 and give minions +2/+2, feelsbadman.
Undertaker hunter lul
Dragon Priest for sure

Mill Rogue all the time!
My favorite decks are always the broken ones like :
Mid Shaman / Jade Druid.
What can I say, I like winning.
I miss pre-nerf Even Paladin. First meta deck I had success with. Now, it's hard to find a use for Sunkeeper Tarim in any Paladin deck.
GvG Control Priest.
The first deck I ever crafted. I miss the days of setting up multi-turn board clears. Fungalmancer can fuck right off.

Molten echo mage and otk murloc paladin (cycle heavy version), both have a very special place in my heart.
Freeze mage, Cubelock

Mill rogue
Favorite version of mill is with nzoth deathlords and sludge belchers as you expect from my profile pic =)
Not gonna lie - Jade Druid. I like midrange decks with inevitability. That's why I like Cube Hunter now.
wizbang obviously
That's got to be Mill Rogue (without Kingsbane) or Draw Freeze Mage (with Aluneth and no Alexstrasza)

Dragon/tempo warrior will always hold a special place in my heart as the first deck to get me to legend.

Mech mage too.
And lastly, Yogg Druid. For the memes.
