I very rarely spend time in casual. Usually the only time I would be in casual is if I'm in bed and I'm playing something wonky or showing the game off to my girlfriend or something. However, on the few occasions I've been dabbling into casual, I've only come across pathetic tryhards playing meta decks and even bming or sending angry requests when I wreck them with a wonky tier 21 deck.
It's so sad. I know a lot of people do it, but it really is pathetic and pitiful. Like, neverlegend ego players in casual trying to feel better about themselves. And this is not salt, it's really me expressing my empathy towards those people, I really do feel for ya.
Does anyone have any explanation as to why this phenomenon occurs? If you're so bad on ladder, then work on it, winning in casual doesn't really do anything for you, if anything, it makes you an even bigger noob.

They're farming gold. They probably don't like it either, but this game is expensive and not everyone has the money to spend on packs. I don't like it either but that's basically how the Brode-E Bunch at Blizzard wants things right now. Hate the game, not the players.

Look at this thing and let me know what you think!
Not everyone has the best deck, and some are just starting out. Casual is a test bed for me and some others I'm sure. Decks I havent played or decks I am refining to my play style before playing them in ranked. Sometimes even decks created just to do a quest quickly with no real hope of winning the game. I think that may be a majority of the reasons most play casual if not to just have fun. But just like every other game and game mode there are going to be those with bad manners so I just use the squelch button if it becomes annoying. Some try to use it to distract you, just ignore it.

If you are in your first year of playing please read this post.
Dust does not burn a hole in the jar. Be careful what you craft, especially before and right after a rotation.
TLDR: I can't win in casual. Now I'm salty and I'm here to complain about it.
