Seriously, every other deck is netdecked FOTM Raza without a single new card. The first few days were always the best in a new expansions, since everyone experimented around, but this time around priest was already dominating so much, that they just don't bother.
What were you expecting? This new expansion is trash, and its the only one i havent preordered just to show you how bad it is.And you can expect any of these garbage cards to be playable before the rotation right?
Nope! Never accumulated enough dust in my life for that deck. I posted a complaint thread about it once, months ago, and it got shut down quick, so I've learned my lesson and now I don't even bother.
Astonishingly some people play this game to have fun by trying new things and coming up with cool card interactions. Don't people play games to have fun? Or is it all about competition and rubbing your e-dick in your opponents face because you played a more efficient deck and possibly had some good RNG on your side? I get wanting to win, but doesn't doing the same thing over and over again get kinda boring? Ideally you would have to change your strategy to fit an ever changing meta, unfortunately when you have decks like razakus that have answers to pretty much everything all you can do is pray to the RNG gods or play razakus yourself, becuase the meta doesn't change. Where's the fun in that?
Top tier decks with no counters or counters that come at an extreme cost when playing against anything else make the meta stagnant, and that makes the game boring and breeds resentment between players.
If you are below rank 10 then most players dont have as much gold/money to spend on the game so they are very conservative with their gold/dust = not experimenting and waiting to netdeck. Which sucks, but is also logical. I try to get to around rank 5 for new expansions as there is a lot of ppl experimenting at those ranks, and additionally ppl are decent enough that you can tell if the new decks you are trying out are actually good and not just beating a rank 20 noob with it.
I wouldn't blame them tho, as really they don't have the luxury to experiment and I'm sure many of them would love to. But at the same time I do see people with seemingly limited card collections experiment, sure they may drop a few ranks but I would say it is worth... just depends on the individual tho.
The expansion is less than 1 day old, so I wouldn't mind people playing with old and unaltered decks. Give them some time to experiment (also, not everyone pre-orders or buys new packs, etc.). I tried a Big Spell Mage type with Alanna this morning, but have encountered many unaltered decks. I think it's too early to judge them. If they stick to the unaltered decks in January, then is the right time to be salty about that aspect but not a day after the release.

That makes no sense. NOW is the time to at least try a few cards and deck. Also, it's one thing to face one every now and then, but of the past 5 games, 3 have been against the exact same deck from different players.
How ridiculous can people be to complain in an online forum about which cards other people choose to use in an online card game?
^^^
I decided I needed to make more money before buying more packs so I didn't preorder. What am I supposed to play other than the fatigue decks I already like that works well?
Should I stop playing? I have the Raza Priest deck at my disposal but I don't like it, but if I did, why does that bothers you so much?
We should all be like - Hey! I won´t play this weeks so that random guy in a forum can feel great! - for you to be happy?

Thanks for ruining that.

Raza priest is the best deck in the game by a HUGE margin. Why play anything else if all you care about is winning?
Is there a point to this griping?
Well not everyone really feel like to experimenting with new cards
This happens every expansion though. Happened last expansion with Jade Druid.
I wonder why some people choose not to play unoptimized, experimental decks?
Bad players whine.
Good players adapt.
What I find really sad is that there is at least one of these threads every time a new expansion gets released.....

What rank are you?

Don't mind me, just the UK National Champion.

The issue with the netdecks. No creativity. Thats why I create my own variants and get to rank 5. Nobody sees it coming.
yesterday in casual i found 4 midrange hunters and 4 jade druids with the addition of the legendary weapon.people surely have some fantasy.

Maybe not everyone bought pre-release, got a lot of gold and opened relevant cards for their decks?
I myself played cataclysm handlock and recruit quest druid so far, and met A LOT of new decks.. ranks 19-16 :D
