You can still play on your old region normally. I'm from Europe and i ocasionally play on Asia server without any issues. You might experience some delays but nothing too bad.
I lived in Germany last year and had no problem playing the US server from there. Playing on Asia had the most network lag from Germany (only thing that affected really was the annoying can't attack with a charger bug if you try and attack too quickly after you play it - which seems to be caused by a low ping rate, never saw this playing from Europe on EU and US servers).
Hello all, I may move from Brazil to Germany in about 1 year.
Since I can't bring my collection to another region, should I just stop playing? I don't think I have the patience to get everything again... :c
Please tell me your opinion and experiences!

Just log onto the region your collection is in. You might also start a second account in a different region as f2p and slowly build it.
If you are in your first year of playing please read this post.
Dust does not burn a hole in the jar. Be careful what you craft, especially before and right after a rotation.

I moved from EU to Australia and still play on EU server. The connection quality is not noticeably different.
