After yesterday's patch I am curious is jade druid still popular? Are they still viable and used a lot? I haven't played since sunday so I am trying to figure out what I should expect after the patch.
Likewise are pirate warriors still strong after the axe nerf?
Pirate is still viable just bit awkward at the moment on turn 2. I feel the match up against priest is still slightly favored if they don't get their best hand against me.
I have not seen a single jade druid today to my surprise. I am ranking up from rank 5 to 3 at the moment.
The innervate plague nerf definitely hit jade druid a bit. It's probly still a very strong deck vs control matchups, but at the moment aggressive decks are fairly popular and with the nerfs they are finally decent again vs jades. Quest mage is also around a lot rn so yeah.
Aggro/Token druid on the other hand seems to be doing fine.
Haven't played against a single warrior since the patch. Weird honestly, since the nerf doesn't destroy the archetype, it just lowers curve consistency.
Jade druid is still really strong overall, yes the innervate nerf hit the class in general hard as you don't have that big immediate ramp and also spreading plague costing 1 more makes the aggro match-up slightly harder but it's almost unnoticeable really. I haven't seen many druids but I think is because people fail to realize how strong it still is, they think that the nerfs just destroyed it but they obviously didn't, I feel like in the next week or 2 people will realize how strong of a deck it still is and we are going to start seeing some more Jade druids again.
