I feel like the biggest problem is Ultimate Infestation, along with Spreading Plague; is there any counter to those cards?
Well Dragonfire Potion for the Plague. I mean Priest seems a natural predator for Jade Druid, Dragon Priest, Big Priest hell even Purify Priest can do one on Jade due to their big dudes and Divine Spirit/Inner Fire. Going wide isn't that great vs them unless you have a bunch of buffed Murlocs and get Poisonous/+3 Atk from Megasaur. I will say that Plague is pretty busted as an anti-aggro card though, I bet most classes would kill for something like that.
It was on tablet so I unfortunately can't verify it. If you lose the early game as Jade Druid, you lose the game. If the opponent goes wide, it's also very hard to come back. I'd say any solid midrange or reliable combo/OTK deck should have a reasonable winrate vs Jade Druid.
Lose the early game? On turn 5 you can play plague and never have to worry about the board for the entire game.
If you draw it. And if your opponent is bad enough to flood the board and not play around it. Otherwise, you either don't have it in hand, or you play it to summon two 1/5s at best. Not exactly a good use of one turn.

I'm more frustrated by the sheer amount of Druid's I face and not really their power level. I think Druid (while very strong) would be much healthier if they simply moved Innervate to Hall of Fame. Not having to deal with Lich King (or UI, or ya know, any other giant minion) on turn 5 would quell some of the salt I think.
A pirate warrior complaining. What a joke. I'd have sympathy if you played pretty much any other deck. Also, Jade is aids. Good luck getting Blizz to nerf it. We have 8 more months of this.
My problem with Jade Druid, Pirate Warrior, Mid Sham, Undertaker hunter metas and their ilk is that they stifle any deck creativity.
I am genuinely curious when Dean Ayala or BB says things to the effect of "Hunter in Ungoro actually had the highest winrate deck". There is never any further context to those statements which I presume to mean "in the rank 25-20 meta" or with a sample size of 20 games (kappa) since that was absolutely not what was seen at all in ungoro meta at any level of ladder I experienced or watched for 3 months. To me it's as asinine as stating "by the way there was an awesome warlock deck in ungoro and everyone missed it" or more recently "play meat wagon for fun....". Just find these statements hard to take seriously.
Now onto the current meta and jades. UI SP and Idol are the culprits. You can go back on hearthpwn in MSG and everyone railed against the design of Jade Idol its just a pure garbage design (regardless of impact in metas) and there are a million ways to make it actually fair. UI is a joke in a ramp class full stop. SP is another gap card that allows the deck to bridge .
These are the devs that saw tar creeper put in aggro druid and put in a 1/6 that grows and assumed it was a ctrl card? I mean come on.
I digress...tired of queing into the same deck 6/10 games and then the other 4 are PW or Murlocpal. Time for wild or break!
You're in for a surprise, mate.
This ^ in Wild it's exactly the same 6/10 games are Jade Druid or Egg/Aggro Druid then the others are Renolock or Secret Pally. Can't tell which meta is worse tbh they're both in a pretty bad spot.
Sorry, but the Powerlevel of Jade Druid in Wild is far from Standard. While it's a very strong deck, it's not Tier S like in Standard. Priest is by far stronger than Jade Druid, Eggro is another thing.
But in the end Wild is more balanced. Even through Jade is strong there, i would say that there are stronger classes in Wild. Anyfin Paladin in my oppinion destroys Jade Druid, and heck, there are so many strong decks out there that it doesn't matter. Even played a Demonlock in Wild: it's absolutely bonkers thanks to Voidcaller, the MSG - Legendary and
Heck, in Wild Priest now even have a finisher; dealing 14 damage only with a single card thanks to the new hero-card, Recruiter is pretty insane there. No velen-combos with mind blast and a card combination necessary. Play your hero, next turn play recruiter, and if he isn't discounted, you deal 14 Burst damage, and more if you use Emperor Thaurissan.
I totally understand the OP's frustration, but jade really isn't the problem (as annoying as it is). As I see it, the "broken" feel to playing against druids right now is that Ultimate Infestation allows them to ramp without penalty, which just simply puts the game out of reach for most decks.
Essentially every type of druid just looks to ramp and draw their deck as fast as possible to find an Ultimate Infestation. Based on this reality, pretty much every type of druid is playing way ahead of their opponent when the first Ultimate Infestation does get played - usually to their opponent's face - at which point the druid also gets to armor up, puts a 5/5 minion on the board, and re-fills their hand. Adding insult to injury, odds are the druid will also score an Innervate (or two), so they also get to take a mini Time Warp after the Ultimate Infestation.
Bottom line: If Bliz nerfs a card, it should be Ultimate Infestation, because that's what's causing the warped meta right now.
Jade Idol need to cost 10 manas, anything less and the card still a problem.
Ultimate infestation cannot draw 5 cards, it is too much advantage, only trade this part for put five 1/1 tokens or gain 5 life or something like that.
The hero have to cost 9 manas like mage and rogue, the class ramp and have Innervate, a cheap hero card is broken in class.
And finally Innervate need to go to Hall Of Fame, all arguments used for PO apply twice in this card.
I know is from two weeks ago and I will get hate for the comment, but Turn 3 Druid DK is a-mazing.
UI Should be 10 mana, "Deal 5 damage. Gain 5 armor. Choose One: Summon a 5/5 or Draw 5 cards."
I disagree. The card draw is worth 10 mana in itself. You could have 5 mana, 5 armor and 5/5 as one option and draw 5 cards as another and it would still see play in many decks. Alternatively we could have it at 5 damage and 5/5 as one option and 5 armor and 5 cards as another.
Considering the style they're going for with the card, I think 3/3/3/3 everything would perfectly balanced. 4/4/4/4 is still more value than one card justifies.
10 mana "draw 5 cards" would not be played in Druid IMO. At the least, not in Jade Druid, while Gadgetzan Auctioneer remains in Standard. On average, I think card draw is worth something like 1.5 mana (correct me if I'm wrong?) and that value actually goes down in the mid to late game (which is the reason that Sprint doesn't see play outside of one-ofs and when it can combo with Prep). Spending an entire turn JUST to draw cards is very weak in the late game, and while I realize that it's stronger in Jade Druid (which can draw Innervate, Innervate, Jade Idol), one of the reasons that UI is so strong is because it solves the drawback of late game card draw, which is tempo loss. UI is, in a small way, tempo *gain* with massive card draw.
10 mana "deal 3, draw 3, gain 3, and summon a 3/3" would absolutely never see play, because Gadgetzan, it's slow, late game 3/3 doesn't do anything, etc.

It's kind of amazing me right now that so many people are focused on Jade Druid.
I just climbed to legend using Priest and Paladin all the way up to mid rank 2 at which point I just could not break through the wall of Aggro Druids (at least without losing my sanity). So like a sniveling coward I switch to Aggro Druid - a deck I have very little familiarity with. I won 75% of games at high rank and was able to concede early when they were not working. I achieved legend from mid rank 2 within a hour or so. THIS DECK IS TOO EASY TO PILOT AND WAY TOO POWERFUL!
Nerfing innervate is the only way out I can see. The meta is garbage at the moment.

Jade druid is the problem because it keeps control decks in check which can beat aggro druid.
That dynamic is making the meta truly broken at the moment but even when control decks return I am worried about the power level of aggro druid. I cannot believe they printed druid of the swarm and crypt lord. Innervating them out is just too powerful.

It is the problem right now, but not because of that. It was keeping control decks in check (and something should keep them in check anyway) before this expansion and it wasn't the problem. At all.

So you had to resort to an OP, broken ass deck just to get to hit legend. Awesome accomplishment bro.

The vibe that's finally becoming clearer to the community: it's not JUST about the power level of druid.
It's when the game is flooded with anything it also makes the games way more boring. And it doesn't help that Jade is really dull.
Is Blizzard expecting hearthstone to continue to get better? It seems possible the game is past its best moment

It's interesting, I'm playing casual to save my stars for the end of the season and I am seeing zero druids. Why?
Cause why would druids play casual? No experimentation, no creativity, no worries; they KNOW that their deck will work in ranked

Just played 15 matches between rank 3-2 & faced 11 druids. Shits getting beyond boring.
