So what where the most random/ unexpected gamechanging plays you ever witnessed?
Mine just happened recently. Purify priest against midrange hunter. I drop a 46/46 taunt to stabilize and have a silenced 46/46 plant on board but can't finish due to taunt. (A few other minons like Lyra on board as well) Have another faceless shambler in hand and think to myself. Ok nothing can go wrong here even with deadly shot or hunters mark I can seal of the board again.
Hunter just hits the undamaged taunt with a minon slams down King Mosh and gives me a well played.. total boardclear total loss.
My one was playing mage against control warrior. Warrior had 7 minions on board, about 5 cards in hand and sitting on 5 health. I had zero minions on board, was top decking and sitting on 1 health after his minions went face.
Woah that's almost as unexpected as the mosh thing. Probably the only card you could get to win you the game (at least I can't think of another one spontaneous)

I once had a paladin arena run where Ironbeak Owl topdeck won me 5 games in a row. I'm not kidding. Each time I silenced a taunt, or a big damage minion to squeeze out till the very end. It was pretty amusing.
With yogg you will witness pretty amazing gamechangers. Once he cast call of the wild twice and dinosized the chargepig while clearing the opponents board. has been one of my favorites :D
Another time i panicked yogg with just a few hitpoints left. Yogg healed me to pretty much full health, clears board and shadowstepped back into my hand. Th dragonpriest i played against played his yogg the next turn (discovered by operative) but he fireballed himself on the second spell!! Rofl
I remember one time playing freeze mage against control warrior (back in the justicar days). Pretty much a lost matchup. So I played, and everything was going in the control warrior's favor. I had to use a lot of my burn as removal, so he assumed he'd won the match. He began using his removal pretty questionably. Eventually he had about 40 armor but two cards in hand. I Alex'd him and he didn't have any removal, so the next turns my Alex could freely swing at his face and I won.

Top decked a fireball XD.
How is this unexpected?
The 1st step towards a better game is firing Mike Donais! We had enough of his "skillful" balances!

Ouch that must have really hurt.. congrats on winning anyway..
Doomsayer is the reason I stopped evolving totems if I can avoid it in my token shaman
