Not gonna make it a big boring post. I encourage every EU players to stop buying packs for two reasons:
1) The amount of legendary is a joke so don't waste your time on it till Blizzard make it relatively fair. A response by saying, oh 1 legendary out of 40 packs is normal, is not even a valid argument.
2) No one can make me believe that Blizzard isn't capable of releasing the expansions concurrently. When the amount of money they obtain through HS is considered, their action is nothing but a pure insult to the whole EU players, who contribute the most to the development of the game.
Blizzard is located in California so it makes sense to release it here first. Im betting that the servers here are the largest and most capable and HS is still down for hours after release so it would probably be the same in EU. You would think after all these expansions Blizzard would at least mention why they dont though
Good Lord guys, all this whine about post release on EU is just... Boring? Absurd?
EU in every Blizzard game has always been patched 1 day after US. It's this way on World of Warcraft, Heroes of the Storm, Diablo 3 and Starcraft 2. So why has it to be different on Hearthstone? The reason behind it it's probably something technical on their servers' infrastructure or something like that.

For what profit is it to a man, if he gains the world and loses his own soul?
Honestly, in a week you won't even remember the one day difference.
I am not even gonna play HS tonight. The overall point is the juvenile and stupid feeling of American people to feel superior over others and Blizzard is so smart for how to approach such issues as their whole motivation is driven by nothing but pure PROFIT.
And also, if there happens to be a game breaking bug that NA experiences, due to the staggered releases there's a chance EU won't ever be affected by it.
I mean, I'd address your post with serious answers but I feel like it would be wasted. So I'll just point out NA is the greatest region of all time, and Blizzard favoring us is just common sense. We're too awesome not to be their favorite.
Also I got 6 Legendaries in 116 packs. NA Legendary droprate OP.

The explanation is simple. The game was made in NA, therefore they get it first. End of story.
Japan made nintendo, therefore they get all nintendo releases first. How do people not accept or understand this?
1) There are only 2 more legendaries than in the Old Gods, and 3 more than in other expansions, so why so angry? Also 1 legendary per 40 packs isn't "normal" even in Hearthstone - that's the guaranteed drop rate. The average (aka normal) drop rate is significantly better.
2) No one said they're incapable of releasing expansions concurrently, but it's a lot of extra work for teams in time zones all over the world to coordinate. It makes the most sense for them to release each expansion during regular business hours in the time zone of their servers for each region, so they'll have all hands on deck in case there are serious technical issues.

Well packs are a scam in general. Everybody with a brain knows that. $50 is like a full game, here it's like 1/10th of an expansion.
And 2nd, merica >>> rest of the world, so ofc we should get new stuff first.
S39 Legend - Quest Rogue, S38 Legend - Murloc Paladin, S37 Legend - Miracle Rogue, S36 Top 200 Legend - Aggro Shaman, S35 - Finished Rank 51 Legend - Aggro Shaman, S34 Legend - Aggro Shaman
Look on the bright side - when it goes live for the EU, maybe you won't get the spotty server performance the NA got.
Honestly, in a week you won't even remember the one day difference.
That is why i don´t invest money, i only grind arenas, and rank 5.
f2p, playing for fun ^^

So, just to be clear you are just raging because Un'Goro is released on NA 7 hours before EU?

Funny how EU people don't say a word about different regions until there's an expansion that they can't wait an extra day for.
There are TIME ZONES. Get over it, or move to the better country so you can play on NA servers.
Good grief.
So I've read EU will be released at CET 01:00. Can anyone confirm this?

So it's the American people's fault. Okay

According to timezones it'd have been released in the EU earlier, not later.
Not that I'd expect an American who says "move to the better country" to know that.
