I'm worried that they wont release any neutral healing this expansion, but it might be too early to discuss this?
I believe standard need healing to survive, especially now when "Reno" and "Refreshment Vendor" is rotating to wild. We need to have better neutral healing options like "Mistress of Mixtures", "Earthen Ring Farseer", "Cult Apothecary" and not like "Friendly Bartender" and "Gadgetzan Socialite" that hardly makes a difference. Would love to see a new kind of "Antique Healbot", but not as strong as this amazing card.
What are your thoughts on this? Will Standard survive if they don't release neutral heal options, this expansion, or will all games end by turn 5?
I am sure that they will not release a card like Antique Healbot cause they realised that this type of card ruin the class identity too much, so maybe we will see a neutral healing, but not more impactfull than Refreshment Vendor or Mistress of Mixtures.
As far as class healing go i am predicting a good healing tool for warlock.
Hunter needs some healing more than warlock does. But yeah, warlock would benefit as well.
I don't think we're going to see anything more powerful than "restore 3 Health" new neutral cards anymore. We have a lot of taunts already, and healing class cards for those whose lore permits it.

heals are cheat cards, they undo your opponents work and that's not fun to play against, I would be ok with more death rattle heals because your opponent can play around that and makes the game more fun in the long run
Wish they'd at least bump up Priestess of Elune from obscurity, I think 5 healing is reasonable considering it can only target own face and costs 6 mana.
They already said that Healbot was a mistake, and it never happen again. the classes that heal will get healing and teh classes that have armor will gain armor.
I feel hunter should get no heals as it's a full on aggressive class, rogue however will struggle a lot now, should get some sort of "stun" ability or something to help keep health up for a while. Haven't given it much thought yet, some effect like set enemy minions and hero attack to 1 for a turn, if enemy hero has no weapon they can still attack for 1 damage)
The problem of class identity and design space comes into play here. I they release universal heal say 5 mana 4 4 minion heal 5 that would be an almost auto include in all control/midrange lists. Heal is a priest thing and they want to keep it that way.

It's also a Paladin thing, and to a lesser extent, Druid.
They are releasing plenty of taunts which is probably enough unless burn decks become popular. If pirate aggro is the aggro of the future, you have the new ooze for a neutral healing option + class healing.

Standard will survive no matter what XD. They are trying to make us less dependent on healing, giving us lots and lots of taunts.
I don't think so, we got helluva lot of taunts.

Yeah, probably not. Neutral healing should be fairly minor.

They already announced the Elemental Legendary which heals 5 for each Elemental you summoned last turn. It's neutral.
