I was wondering about the OP level of early game drops and how often they can get out of control when not neutralized - which often requires spending valuable single target removals. And then though about sth called Capping - which is a term used for limiting.
So what does Capping do? To put it in most common way like Blizzard does when describing mechanics (Deathrattle - does sth when it dies - very simple and clear) Capping - number of times card's effect can be triggered.
Whats the reason for Capping? Limiting power level of cards while still keeping them tier 1 cards - which often times nerfing doesnt allow for as power level of nerfed card usually drops drastically and often cant be avoided. And im pretty sure there could be more positive implications.
Note the difference between capping on tunnel trogg and mana wyrm as tunnel trogg gets +1 attack per overload and can get more additional attack per 1 overload card used.
another example from non aggro pack would be:
WrathionCapping: (3) Which allows Wrathion for drawing of total 4 cards which is still insane and wont make you overdraw cards or go into fatigue too fast.
I like the idea - but if you do it for one minion of this type, it seems like you would need to do it for all, and I don't think that's always a good thing. For example, Red Mana Wyrm would be garbage (more so than currently) if it was capped. But again, I really like the idea for the small minions. The undertaker meta would never even have happened if this was a mechanic.
Have you ever heard about such thing as "hyperbolizing" when you want to strengthen the power of a topic? Obviously its almost never 10/3 in stats but even 4/3 is already stupid as for a 1 drop.
Unnecessary and tbh you just sound salty about certain cards. The game doesn't need an additional keyword just because you don't like losing to shaman.
Firstly Edwin is OP when not neutralized. Secondly not killed 4/3 mana wyrm is a common thing if youve ever played tempo mage.
And i didnt mention secret keeper because i just didnt. It doesnt mean i have some particular cards in mind. Capping secret keeper would have been good thing aswell.
And last 3/3 mana wyrm or 4/3 tunnel trogg is already good enough to be included in most of mage shaman decks. The mechanic isnt about demolisihng a card like blizzard does with nerfs but giving it a reasonable power level.
Your title is (intentionally) misleading, it is not something Blizzard will implement in upcoming expansion, it is barely your suggestion. You should have clearly stated in your title that it is just your suggestion nothing else. And one of the worst suggestions I have ever read.
Meh - the same issue has been raised multiple times over the Auctioneer: back during the Cancer Miracle Rogue days and again now with the Gadget Jade Druid pile of faeces deck.

Our beloved Tunnel Trogg Capping: (2)
or Mana Wyrm Capping: (3)

What do u guys think?
EDIT
Obviously not all cards have to include Capping.

No it wouldnt have been added to every minion.
How are u making game less fun when you dont have to worry about 10/3 mana wyrm or tunnel trogg? It doesnt effect fun factor at all.

The whole point of cards with open-ended buffs is that they will get out of control if not neutralized.
Your deck deserves to be punished if you don't run any removal.
Working as intended, no fix needed.

your post Capping (0)
I dont know why everyone is so mad about this capping idea. 1 drops that kill 2 drops with ease and live should not be a thing.

Dead but dreaming
Hhahaha it was just an loose suggestion and you guys are such butthurt LMAO HAHAHAHA what a bunch of no lifes.
