Reno + brewmaster is so op that everyone is playing this combo in a Reno deck... Or not Kappa ! A Reno deck is weaker than a normal deck but its strengh is that he has a lot of HP, it's juste a different way to play a game. Moreover one Reno is usually enough So just a few people are playing youthful brewmaster
I don't play Reno, but I enjoyed playing a Renolock the other day and using Sap to make him mill two cards..the second one being his Reno. He then conceded.
Without Reno, I won't have this one fun memory of playing vs him. Ha.

That used to be true, since those other decks could run more value... but not these days, as jade mechanics have largely rendered value decks pointless.
I dont like Reno and very long games, either as I want steady gold income. Others like 20 minutes games and control. We are different. :)
Control is fun though if it works it is a pleasure to control the game and win.
I can understand that you want fast games to grind gold, but playing vs really fast decks (like the current Pirate Warrior) just sucks. What's the fun part in either winning or losing games in just a few turns when there's nothing the losing player could have done about it? That doesn't even feel like i'm playing a game, more like i'm just tossing a coin.
Oh and on-topic: Reno decks are not even popular right now. So i kinda feel like you just lost to a Reno + Brewmaster combo one single time and you immediately came here to complain about it.
Lol, I run brewmaster, no one expects it hahaha. But hey, you don't manage to find him every time soon enough. There are perks and disadvantages to playing reno decks... sometimes awesome combos, sometimes no answer at all against aggro/midrange.
I just ran into some freeze mage reno thing. Great, congrats. I sound salty, but that's probably because I don't enjoy playing a 25+ minute round of Hearthstone. If that makes me a bad person, then so be it. Whenever reno is played, half the time I just want to quit(which is probably their goal), but end up fighting for some dumb reason.
Freeze + ice block + reno = congrats, you stall. Enjoy your 2 games in 2 hours.
Regardless of Reno or not, it sounds like you salty dogs prefer to keep your games short so you can power game your way to rank 1 in less than a week. Or at the very least, that you can farm gold at a reasonable speed. I on the other hand, prefer to take my time, to draw games out and enjoy the experience Hearthstone offers. I love playing against Control decks, and challenging my opponent to come and face me. For this reason I enjoy playing Control decks. And the best experiences that I've had have always been against other Control players.
I don't always run Reno, but he is a useful tool that singlehandedly supports the Highlander archetype, no matter how good Solia, Kazakus, or Raza might be. I will be devastated when he rotates out. But to the rest of you who prefer to win by turn 4 I guess it will be great news. Though, if you plan on just going face via Pirate Warrior or some other brainless SMOrc deck, then you shouldn't be letting your opponent get to turn 6 anyway.

Cry more nerd.
Translation:
I hate it when the deck I'm playing has a well thought out strategy and it plays out like it's supposed to.
As disappointing that highlander cards were included in this expansion, it is nice to know Reno's departure will end the highlander experiment. A disappointing mechanic and sad really that the game is in this state. For those of you cheering Reno, is this really the answer to aggro you wanted? It's like a starving dog being thrown some gristle, they don't notice it isn't real meat.

This doesnt make much sense, Highlander is by no means a failure or any new kind of innovative experiment. This deck archetype has been around for ages, since MTG and quite a while back.
What would you want to replace Reno? What design space does it open by rotating it out? What design space do we loose? I think its a real tragedy if Reno becomes a Wild Card.
Reno + Youthful Brewmaster combo is not a fair thing also. It's like you have to beat a person three times for one star.

Reno is so fun, who doesn't love a 30 minute game between control decks.
When I die, I want to go peacefully and in my sleep like my Grandpa. Not yelling and screaming like the passengers in his car.
Reno is the only reason highlander mage and priest works, besides is one of the best designed cards inthe game.
I really hope that blizzard make loe a permanent standard adventure (I can dream right)

I have never seen brewmaster used in a reno deck before, just in annoying mill rogue decks lol
