17. If you play a faceless manipulator against a Cobalt guardian, both copies will receive divine shield. If you play a faceless manipulator against a one-eyed cheat, it will not receive stealth.
This is no longer true Faceless has been fixed (undocumented) so that if it copies any "Whenever X is summoned" neither the original nor the copy get the effect that mean things like Tidecaller, Cobalt Guardian and One-Eyed Cheat all work the same way and and none of them get the buffs etc.
This is now consistent with how other battlecries work. i.e. all others work like this...
1. Minion is placed on the battlefield and has been considered to have started it's summoning. Faceless is placed on the battlefield and Starts its summoning.
2. Whenever summon effects happen e.g. Cobalt Guardian. Faceless is not a mech, murloc or pirate or whatever at this point so no divine shield, buff, stealth etc.
3 Battlecry happens. Faceless copies said minion without buff.
4. Summon is now complete
5. After summon effects e.g. Knife Juggler happen.
Bahaha. That would be quite the feat to pull off. But I thought that the battlecry triggered before the minion actually was played - so wouldnt the discover effect happen before the knife juggler were to kill sylvy?
And I forgot that yogg chose randomly - good call.
I think battlecry does trigger before the minion is played, but Juggler triggers even before that. It can pull off some other crazy situations as well.
see my previous post there are several phases to a "Played " minion. Juggler is always an After summon effect. However if a Battlecry summons minions during the battlecry such as tidehunter or leeroy all sorts of Juggler things happens at different phases because those summons are phases within a phase. It's very complicated.

Whoops, indeed. The card is played before the battlecry triggers, so Illidan triggers before it so Flame triggers the Juggler before the battlecry.

The Flame is what triggers the Knife Juggler, and the way phases work in Hearthstone means that the Battlecry would trigger after the death of Sylvanas.
A minions Stealth can be broken without it attacking, if it deals damage from an ability, like Knife Juggler or Ragnaros.
I literally found out a few days ago. Met 2 Rogue players in a row, different people, both of them had Rag and stealthed him and when his stealth broke because he dealt damage, they both said "mistakes were made". Pretty sure quite a lot of people think stealth doesn't get broken unless you attack with the minion.
The description of stealth literally tells you that it goes away when they deal damage...
But I'm sure you're right that a lot of people don't think about it.

Makes sense.

If you don't believe me test it.
If Yogg-Saron, Hope's End dies or gets polymorphed while casting, he stops casting random spells.
