I am experiencing some issues interpreting the rules of the tournament. I'm more or less just trying to figure out if I'm even eligible to participate.
On the TeSPA site, it says that I have to be enrolled in an accredited university or college in NA. But what does "accredited" mean? I'm currently enrolled to begin classes in a Chicago community college near the end of August (although, unfortunately, not full-time.) Would that work?
It also says that if you reach the finals you'll have to provide them with "certified proof of enrollment." What would qualify as certified proof here?
