Hello, I suck at creating decks, the last deck I actually thought was pretty badass was a Preist C'thun lol but we now know how badly the poor guy(...or idk octopus tentacle demon thing?) is WAY out of his glory days lol.
So please please help, I love Mage and Priest class, I don't want to reach legend or anything, I just want to get out of rank 18 (I'm stuck there lol)
Please view my collection and give me some guidelines, I have about 300 dust at the moment.
Oh and I'm F2p but love HS to the point that my friends will probably gift me packs on my bday :D :D
...but that's in August so... yeah... :'(

Spellslinger: Does he sling spells or do his spells linger?
first suggestion is to watch streamers.....to learn
tip 2. do quest every day or atleast every 2nd or 3rd day. can press x to change quest. sub 40g for 50 or 60 or better.
dust gold cards when you have 2 copies of normal cards. stay away from arena until you are more experience.
it takes time. Have patience and grow the collection and focus on classic packs at first.
Just by doing quest a day, you can save 6-8k between expansions and that is 60-80 packs. just by gold......and dust from them to create some legendary. So it adds up. In time you will have a decent collection, with that time you get more experience, and skill, and will surpass 18 with ease.
Well your collection isn't bad... and certainly not on the level of "noob". You have the Frost Lich Jaina which is quite nice. If you were to make a deck, I'd recommend a Spiteful Dragon Priest. You have most of the cards for it already (Spiteful Summoner, Duskbreaker, a horde of dragons), and you can often run it without legendaries.

I do have a spiteful dragon priest deck but I feel it's inconsistent and relying heavily on a lucky mulligan. Do you mind if I send you a PM with the deck once I give up trying to make it better?
If you are f2p and haven't played for a while, it might be best to learn to enjoy Casual. It could be a long time before you are able to get very far in Ranked. You can try to find a budget deck that's viable on ladder, but that search will not be easy.
There's no real reason to rank up past 20 anyway; the tiny amount of dust from one gold card each month isn't going to make you rich. But in Casual, you'll get to enjoy a 50 percent win rate, you can still complete quests (which should honestly be your main concern), and you won't face the constant frustration of losing to the same ladder decks over and over -- at least not to the degree you would in Ranked.

Wished to be pink.
Then did.
Then fired myself.
Then did again.
