For the shadowreaper deck, you don't need lyra and velen as much... yet. As you climb in ranks you will need them to augment your deck. For now, throw shadowreaper and raza into the deck and then put radiant elemental, PW shield, potion of madness, spirit lash, holy nova, etc. Basically your goal is to stall till you can get them off. If you have Medivh, the Guardian throw him in with a free from amber, mind control, holy fire to generate extra tempo late game.
Druid quest isn't that great rn. Sorry bud. I'd keep it though cause it might be good one day
You can take a look at my deck, I started highlander priest without Velen but crafted him later and put him in with mind blast. Just replace Velen with something else that is of low cost and you will still have quite some damage when you have him.
I'm an f2p player myself so I know how hard it can be too choose what to do with your dust. Velen would be OK to spend your dust on though because he is from the classic set and doesn't rotate out. Then again he hasn't seen much play in the past so that's the downside.
Edit: oeps saw you also didn't have Lyra. Do you have kazakus? They are both not 100% necessary but especially kazakus really helps in different situations. If you don't have him you should add some taunt like stonehill defender or tar creeper. Other than that maybe obsidian statue (if you have it) can help late game. On the other hand whenever you would be able to play him and haven't played your combo yet you would have probably already lost (or at least behind)
Anaconda actually isn't even used in Quest Druid, it's mostly used in it's own deck with double Deathwing and Tyrantus, so you don't have to worry about getting anacondas.

On the third day before Witchwood, Blizzard gave to me,
So I have the Shadowreaper Anduin/Raza the Chained combo, as well as Jungle Giants for the Druid, but I don’t really have any of the other epics or legendaries to complement them like Prophet Velen, Lyra the Sunshard, Giant Anaconda, etc. Anyone have and good ideas for good, relatively cheap decks that uses these cards?
