I have a bunch of bad legendaries - cards that see no play in "good" decks, but I don't like to dust anything that might be useful in anywhere (specially legends cause you can't get dupes), even if that deck is bad. Can you guys help me finding a decent deck where these could be useful?
A lot of these legendaries aren't bad per say but people generally pick more generally good cards to play like dr booms bonemares etc. So you just need decks that synergize with whatever effects they have for example alakir.would.synergize.with an element shammy deck.pretty well. But I made a complete list anyway (Sorry for formatting on mobile.)
Moroes, quest rogue
Baron Rivendare , Jade rogue, deathrattle hunter
Prince Valanar , I use in control/giant lock and in ramp druid, useful in rogue too
Prince Malchezaar , possible otk with cost reduction and malygos or prophet velen
Gruul, ok beater in ramp or reanimate decks
Arch-ThiefRafaam , I like him in ramp druid could be used in naga sea witch decks
MajordomoExecutus , possible potential with treachery. Downside could be overridden in quest priest
Nozdormu , fun in dragon priest reanimater priest or just something to screw with opponents in a control deck
Onyxia ,ccan work ok with with bloodlust so maybe dragon shaman
Deathwing, Dragonlord , dragon priest / reanimater priest, any dragon control deck
Generally, throwing a 'bad' card into an otherwise functional deck is absolutely fine. The difference in average power between cards that make it into refined decks and their alternatives is often horribly misrepresented by their actual usage.
Take for example two options for a deck where one is considered stronger 75% of the time, but in both cases the deck functions more or less the same. Chances are the 'stronger' card is seen in nearly 100% of versions of the deck and the 'weaker' card is almost never played and the community says it is 'bad' when it is really not.
In other words, just try the cards out wherever they fit a game plan. They may not be optimal from a win-rate perspective but if you have fun playing them that's all that matters.
Prince Valanar some versions of the DK deck, Keleseth Tempo Rogue Hydra version and Miracle rogue.
Onyxia: some versions of Token druid, she was actually pretty popula rin token druid in the past and can still be played there, the other option is evolve shamman,
Deathwing Dragonlord: this is literal glue for Big druid, which has the highest winrate in the game now (check the datarepaer report for november the second ove ron viscious syndicate)
Ghaz'rilla: it's a hunter legendary so the only thing you can do with it is a hunter otk deck.
Kel'Thuzad: Big Priest, Big druid, Control N'zoth Shamman.
Thaddius: well, the twins, i just don't want to link them...lazy :D Renolock, Deathrattle priest
as for Hallazeal and Alakir both are good for Reno or elemental control shamman
Prince Valanar: is played in Mill Rogue and some versions of tempo rogue.
Deathwing, Dragonlord: sees play in Big Druid.
Kel'thuzad: say a lot of people in control shaman which was a tier 1 deck before Razakus became a thing.
Hallazeal: also sees some fringe play in control shaman as a third healing option.
The rest are pretty meme or just big bad legendaries!

Baron Riverdare: deathrattle-reliant decks... Maybe outclassed by Spiritsinger Umbra, but it works
Prince Valanar: Mill Rogue
Onyxia: Quest Rogue, Evolve Shaman, Token Druid
Gruul: Well... If in any deck it's ramp druid, but don't get your hopes up
Arch-Thief Rafaam: I used to play one with Naga Sea witch in Ramp Druid. Don't anymore though
Majordomo Executus: Mage is a solid class for Majordomo. Slap some Ice Blocks & Barriers in there, Alextrasa, and spank your opponent to zero.
Nozdurmo: I still have my copy of this in the hopes Blizzard will eventually say 'screw this card', because its always been the reason for many bugs and exploits. Hoping for 1600 dust here. However, put it in a deck with your Deathwing, Dragonlord
Prince Malchezar: Reno warlock or Heavy control Warrior
Deathwing, Dragonlord: Solid card if you have the other Deathwing as well. Ramp Druid Baby!
Kel'Thuzad: Plenty of decks, mostly for Single player Adventures though, nowadays.
Feugen/ Stalagg: Hunter decks, or Highlander decks.
Gahz'rilla: OTK hunter, Midrange hunter
Hallazeal the Ascended: Elemental Shaman/ Control Shaman
Al'Akir the Windlord: Evolve Shaman, Midrange Shaman

Moroes , Baron Rivendare , Prince Valanar , Prince Malchezaar , Gruul , Arch-Thief Rafaam , Majordomo Executus , Nozdormu , Onyxia , Deathwing, Dragonlord , Kel'Thuzad /Feugen / Stalagg (other than Reincarnate Shaman), Gahz'rilla , Hallazeal the Ascended , Al'Akir the Windlord
I am using Feugen and Stalagg in my Reno Nzoth hunter... hunter have enough deathratle activators so you can profit with this

the question is if you are playing competitive or not.
If yes, you can DE all the cards except of Deathwing who sees play in Big druid, and maybe Al Aakir who is playable in midrange / jade shaman.
if no, just build some meme decks and enjoy.
Rest of the cards will never see play on ladder for sure.

i won't do a full lsit but more of what i know:
Baron Rivendare Deathrattle hunter, Otk Reincarnate Shamman with Leeroy Jenkins

Kaladin's RoS Set Review
Join me at Out of Cards!
Here's my advice:
Kel'Thuzad/Feugen/Stalagg could work in a N'Zoth Priest deck with some priest cards that resummons minions that died earlier in the game.
Moroes could still be viable in Quest Rogue, but not for long (I guess)
Deathwing, Dragonlord could work in a expensive Wild Dragon Paladin deck
Nozdormu is kinda like a meme card; the only 2 deck I can see this card working in is Fatigue or Control Warrior
Majordomo could work in a Quest Priest deck but you would need Emperor Thaurissan for it to work very well
Oynxia works in Evolve Shaman
Gahz'rilla could work in either Control or Midrange Hunter but you might have to play defensive for it to work
