Generally following this decklist with a few tech card swaps, but I'm looking to completely remove the patches / bloodsail / southsea captain pirate package, anyone have suggestions for possible replacements?
Basically, you can use additional silence card and/or some 2 mana drop which summons another minion instead (you probably want to protect them behind the taunt). Sometimes running two Crazed Alchemists have a sense as well.
Why not swap out the Pirates for some Murlocs? I've always thought it was a bit odd that Druids chose not to run any Charge minions (Patches doesn't really count) in a deck designed to win with burst damage from board buffs. HSReplays has a few lists with Finja, Bluegill and Warleader - it seems like a nice five-for-five swap that you might like to try.

Not sure if Innervate is worth it anymore? It's a counterfeit coin but in a class archetype that doesn't have much draw.

It's a tempo card. Druid doesn't have so many tempo cards comparing to Rogue. IMO, Rogues will most likely not include a Conterfeit Coin in their Aggro decks, as they have plenty of other tempo cards. While being druid you really might want to play on turn 4, 3 minions followed by Power of the Wild. So my opinion without testing is to include Innorvate in Aggro/Token Druid decks.

Perhaps something like this?

How about Ravasaur Runt, Abusive Sergeant and Knife Juggler?

Argent Squire could be pretty good. Especially fighting for board against more aggro types and dodging some forms of removal.
Old egg druid never ran innervate and it did fine
