I'd say a resounding no. Deathlord pushes fatigue for the opponent and gets resummoned by N'Zoth at a stage in the game when it's usually just a 2/8 taunt with little to no downside, which is excellent. Dirty Rat, while a decent card in itself, doesn't quite measure up to that package of great features. Both can nullify battlecry effects, and Deathlord runs a bit more risk of summoning high cost things early (given that players are less likely to keep them in hand early), but that's what your removal is for. Most of the time, though, Deathlord is just a better card, especially in a N'zoth deck.
The deck looks like it thrives on Deathrattle. Only one of the mentioned cards has deathrattle. Case closed.
Dirty rat has its place. There are a bunch of dirty rat funny moments video on youtube. Each one shows what to do and what not to do with the card, plus some interested plays. (Such as Brann Bronzebeard, Dirty Rat, Mind Control Tech.)
I guess I just get jealous of the people running Dirty Rat because I'm too lazy to build a properly-functionning standard deck to have an excuse to run it... ;)
Wrong. This was a year ago so the meta definitely changed, but if you're facing a combo deck like everyone and their mother is playing in Wild right now, they're going to mulligan for pieces of their combo. Dirty Rat is a lot more likely to take care of that unless they happen to not have the combo piece in their hand.

Exactly. In fact, BOTH can be run, specially in Reno decks, to counter combo decks, which run rampart in Wild. Dirty Rat pulling a combo piece from hand and Deathlord from deck. Besides both being great defensive tools.
There are so many decks you can disrupt by playing them at the right time (and a lot of sweet concedes): exodia mage, freeze mage, razakus priest, aviana druid, malyrogue, malyshaman etc etc. I consider both of them "must have"

When I'm playing Maly Rogue my opponent Dirty rats Maly, THEY, usually concede on the spot. Maly is anti DR. Just thought I'd point that out.
That's why I said at the right time. That's a big difference between good and bad Dirty Rat players. A good one will know you're a Malyrogue and would only Rat with a hard removal in hand.

Yes, I still play wild. This is the deck :
So my question is this : Should I replace both Deathlords with Dirty Rat ?
Any Deathlord VS Dirty Rat argumentation is welcome, actually.
Death Lord is a little better, but Dirty Rat is so good sometimes maybe both go in deck.
EDIT: N'Zoth deck this question don't make sense, if you have to choose between two is Death Lord for sure.

why not both? that was a joke.
Death does not scare me!
Nature is the Day.
Man is the Sun.
Woman is the Moon.
The Stone is the Sky.
The Art is the Way.
Deathlord is way better in wild and especially so in n'zoth decks. Dirty rat is more of a meta choice if anything to be honest.

You're playing N'zoth.... should be kind of obvious which one's better...
