This can be completed with reductiegetal the cost of spells, the first card, coins, etc. I was thinking of making this a class card, because of radiant elemental/sorcerers apprentice, but i didn’t know which.
Next: A card that can’t get into hearthstone for reasons (langue, too OP because another card, etc.), but would be so cool if it could.

The death counter does not increase during the effect, it's not infinite, so if 10 minion died and you play this, it summons and destroy 10 minions, and when ir dies it does that for 10 minions + 10 minions + any minion that died while this was on the battlefield.
Imagine playing this two times and then N'Zoth, your opponent will rage quit 99% sure.
Also there is a chance that it will summon another Aberrant Summoner and trigger its deathrattle.
The more I think about it the more I'm convinced this card is so wrong.
Next: A card with a BALANCED "kill the enemy hero" text
Even giving this windfury means 3 turns of this being up and killing things, and if your opponent can't remove a 10 mana minion in 3 turns, I feel like it's fairly reasonable to kill your opponent outright. Plenty of counterplay by your opponent as well, just don't play minions, or destroy this card, silence this card, freeze it, etc. a lot can go wrong with this card, but if someone you can pull it off, it pays off.
However...... my real card was actually for before, with the START OF GAME effect...... I present.....
I wanted an interesting idea that I haven't seen too much of, and I like the idea of giving Aggro Decks an opportunity to have some creative deck building. Doing some math on decks, most Aggro Decks float around 65-75 mana, Midrange anywhere from 70-85, and Control is usually in the 90s. The effect is fairly weak, but one thing Aggro usually suffers from is running out of steam, and using this card supplements their hand right from the start, getting the outrageous combos faster, or just getting that 1 drop more often. The card itself isn't strong, on purpose, but I think this might enough of an impact that some people will consider it when building an aggressive deck. And who knows, given the right cards, this may even find it's way into Midrange or even control if they go low enough.
NEXT: A card that Aggro, Midrange, and Control might want to use in their deck for different reasons.
I made this a while ago to joke about the fact that a friend of mine was infesting a WhatsApp group with memes. I don't have an art that would make sense but whatever.
Next make a card that repeats the same number 5 or more times and can be countered with a tech card with that number as its cost.

This is a card from my custom expansion and uses a new keyword: Curse.
Now the actual card:
After the enemy hero is transformed its health will always be 30 and its armor will always be 0.
When transformed back they will have the same health and armor as before being transformed into The Beast.
The minions in your opponent's hand an deck will have no text or enchantments (from Kelesth or Thaurissan for example).
Shudderwock will be a vanilla 9 mana 6/6, The Lich King will be a vanilla 8 mana 8/8 etc.
They can be 'unsilenced' by playing them and then return them to the hand or stuff like that, and can also be buffed again obviously.
True Love! will revert them back to how they where before, including enchantments.
Edit: I am late lol, this card was meant as a response to 'something to do with the hero power', but it may fit into the previous guy's criteria.
Aggro: prevent your opponent from playing taunts, duskbreaker, Reno etc.
Midrange: weaken your opponent when you need not to lose board control (or remove huge amounts of armor) to deliver the final blow.
Control: Keleseth counter or to slow down combo decks.
Or maybe it's just too good...
Do you think the heal + good HP is enough to balance this card?

When True Love! is drawn everything reverts back to before the curse, so it also reverts silence.
I like that card, maybe I'll use it, but it should read 'Battlecry: Curse:'.
