I honestly believe, that this is kinda weak. In wild, if you use Malchezaar's Imp in combination with Cataclysm, you will get the same effect on top of clearing the board. How about you reduce the cost of your card to 3 mana? I would suggest a cost reduction to 2 mana, but this might make the spell a bit too powerful in a zoo or in a combo deck as a way to cycle your cards.
@linkblade91Hold the Line! has nice effect and flavour, but it's not flashy enough for a WCDC.
@ihascorn I like Anathema. It's a rather crazy effect, but it's cool.
@CecilHoshinoAbscond is interesting, but the effect doesn't match the flavor. Maybe you could call it Split the Loot or something like that.
@GnammyH I like Law of the Jungle. To have a better shot, you should probably use a Warcraft artwork and change the expansion to Rastakhan.
@Thezzy your card art looks too cheerful for a Forbidden card. I'd use a Shadow Priest artwork.
@YouthThunderTrogg Attorney very is cool, but the name doesn't fit Rastakhan. Trogg Referee would also fit the effect while being more appropriate for the expansion. Also, the rarity should probably be Epic, because the effect is pretty complex. Finally, the last part of the text shouldn't be bolded, but quoted.
@Kovachut All your cards are good, but none of them is outstanding. I guess Ultimate Finfestation is the best, but it doesn't look like a Boomsday card (other than being a Legendary spell)
@OmerquUnexpected Draw is cool, but the name is pretty meh. Other than that, I'd make it a 2 Mana draw 1 or 4 Mana draw 2, so that the card isn't completely useless without Spell Damage.
@RazorOfArtoriasFate Reroll isn't OP, but a very similar card won a previous competition.
@CheeseEtcArcane Overflow is very similar to Omerqu's Unexpected Draw. Mysterious Chest has a very good flavor, but seems bad. Maybe it should always trigger both effects? Although that would ruin flavor a little bit.
@AngryChicken I like all your cards, but Fishing is my favorite. The only problem is that it seems a bit expensive at 2 Mana, but too cheap at 1 Mana. Hunter is supposed to have bad draw, so I guess 2 Mana is fine.
@DraccossackArcane Oath is interesting, but the effect doesn't seem fitting for Hearthstone, given you can have two copies at max. Besides, it's objectively better than Shiv.
If I make something else, I will put it in this post in a spoiler.
I like the flavor of eavesdropping the best. But than i ask myself: does Rogue need a card like this? It usually has more cards than opponent, no matter what deck type. Finfestation is a cool idea. Would definately wanna play that in a Shaman murloc. Feral Instinct is pretty descent, but not a card that would win this competition I think.
@ Angry Chicken: I really like your Fishing. I would vote for that.
Basically unpredictable card draw with a downside since adding Weasel Tunneler to your deck dilutes your deck but you can use the Weasel Tunneler to mess up opponent's deck later.
I know this is a weird question, given I suggested the theme... But would this count?
I'm not sure I will use it because it looks too similar to Halazzi, the Lynx, but I'd still like to know.
I didn't comment on your card earlier, cuz' I consider the design being perfect. I don't have anything else to say.
Do you like the card?
Do you think the similarity to Halazzi, the Lynx is too problematic?
Would you reduce the cost of Research to 1? If so, how would you adjust the cost and stats of George?
1) Yeah, I like it. In fact I find it very flavourful. 2) No, I don't. I also saw the similarities, but I would never take them as a problem. 3) Hmm, that's a good question. When I saw your card for the first time, I said to myself, that it would have been too powerful if the Research spells cost 1 mana. I guess if you increase the monkey's cost a bit, then the research tokens could cost 1 less mana, but I think the design is perfect the way it is. It's like a Tol'vir Warden, that enhances the hunter class in a very healthy way.
@Kovachut All your cards are good, but none of them is outstanding. I guess Ultimate Finfestation is the best, but it doesn't look like a Boomsday card (other than being a Legendary spell)
I can't agree more. I will try to make something more original/flavourful/memorable....
1) I'm not sure, if this will count towards the competition, but imho the ogre is too strong in its current state. Either you will get a good stated minion (something like Totem Golem but with -1 in Health) or you will get a busted one with no drawbacks and a card draw on top of it. So that's a no from me.
2) Ahmm, I don't think anyone would want to destroy their own secrets. You will be sacrificing way too much for a cycle. I know this will destroy the enemy ones as well, but then it will become a worse Eater of Secrets (which already has bad stats). And in the MUs, where your opponent doesn't run those spells, the legendary is just useless. I don't understand the flavour of the title as well.
3) It's weak in its current state. Either make the effect a battlecry one or make it so, that the player will draw as many cards as they have discarded in the whole game. I think you should distribute the stats a bit better (5/5 if you choose the battlecry version or 6/5 if you go with the deathrattle one).
1) I like it, though it might be busted in Miracle Rogue.
2) I like this card as well, but I fear it will have busted synergies with the Amalgam.
3) I like this card the most, however I don't agree with Wailor that this is ok for 2 mana. It would be best, if this cost 1.5 mana, but it's definitely not ok to be at 2 with the downside of missing a draw 50% of the time. Hunter is a proactive class and they wouldn't run this spell, which can ruin their game-plan and slow them down. If the card didn't have a downside, you would pay 4 mana for two cards (which is the middle ground of Arcane Intellect and Solemn Vigil, though the latter card can get a cost reduction), which is reasonable. However paying 4 mana for only 1 or 0 cards, it's definitely not worth it. So you should either:
- change the cost of the spell to 1 mana or - remove the echo keyword and reword the card like so: 50% chance to draw a card. Add a "Fishing" spell to your hand. This way you can always invest 2 mana into a potential cycle, when you have the mana crystals for it and you won't lose a card resource to a bad RNG outcome. You can still miss, but you won't be punished that much.
I have a wonderful picture in my mind, but I can't make it.
Like with Gnomish Experimenter, cards that look at the cards drawn, like Dollmaster Dorian and Archmage Arugal, would look at the original minions, not the Chickens.

I actually wanted to make an overkill effect, but Blizzard stated that they'd always have binary outcome, so unfortunately that wont fit in the game.
Custom cards :
CLASSES : Alchemist (CCC#5 | Phase V) | Chef (CCC#4)
EXPANSIONS : Year of the Scorpion (Year Comp)
Hi, I’m sure you probably missed it but - Your Arcane overflow is almost 1:1 like the card I displayed here on the previous page: unexpected draw.
I changed mine for something like this.
PLAGUEBRINGER | Finalist Entry
BASIC SET - HARVESTER SET I - HARVESTER SET II - PRE CORE SET (SoU) - CORE SET & POST CORE (UiS)
Margrave Stradama serving Hearthstone pandemic global realness
Thanks for the advice. :) I'll fix that before submitting then.
Made a card similar to Fishing once, I think it would be better if it cost 1. Dash is amazing!
On account of linkblade’s doubt of whether my previous card qualifies, I decided to make this one, just in case. Thoughts?
Sorry for the delay. The Submissions Topic is up!
I want a new title, but Flux won't let me have one,

thx for the feedback, guys
give me a minute and I will give you feedback on your cards

I heard you like playing Wall Priest...
P.S. this is meant as a joke, not a submission.
