Basically, come up with a card, then the next poster give a suggestion to improve it and then the commenter come up with another card and so on and so forth, I start first! (The next poster give a comment on my card and then post his/her own card)
You shouldn't use expansion specific keywords outside of the expansion they belong to, so you should make this a Rastakhan card and change its trigger to something else (also inspire sucks).

I think 'after you play a card' will be fine.
I kinda disagree about what you say regarding using specific keywords within the expansion they belong to .Because all cards we make do not belong to any of those sets, for me the watermark we put is just a placeholder
As for Hypnotic Python I recommend you put poisonous , perhaps you just forgot to add it when making the card.

IT doesnt even have posionous. What is the point?
The point is to counter combos. I tought it was too strong with poisonous, but now I forgot the disadvantage of your opponent playing a big minion for free. I just thought about the ideal scenario. Poisonous makes sense.

You are right about the keyword issue, but it just feels that something isn't right about the card. I would remove Inspire regardless because is a bad keyword.
Magnataur Football is really weak. You are paying 8 mana for something that dies witg 6 damage. Maybe give them Rush or something that guarantees you they do something other than dying.

Seems like an interesting game.
For your card, there is a few problems. First of all, you shouldn't be using numbers, when specifying the amounts of the minion that the card summons. Furthermore, Magnataur Alpha is an Epic TGT card. Generally speaking, cards that summons or creates specified cards, don't generate cards of a higher rarity than themselves. And because the Magnataur is a TGT card, then this spell can't be a Classic card, as Magnataur straight up wouldn't have existed at that time.

I want a new title, but Flux won't let me have one,
@Tox: I was tempted to dismiss this card as worthless until I remember Wispering Woods see play. This card can easily be slotted into a token Druid as a replacement for one of the token generating cards.

It's almost exactly Tainted Zealot. Barring specific deathrattle/divine shield synergy, this it a spell damage +1 minion that will survive exactly 2 attacks. Incredibly weak for a class card

Seem like a good way to have spell damge but I think spell damage synergy decks if ever going to be a thing should have +2 or +3 spell damge instead.

'After a character attacks, deal 1 damage to it' would be better wording (what's the difference between crossing the board and attacking?).
That said, the card is very weak, should be 4 or less mana to see play. Until turn 4 you can slow down aggro because they have to trade or have their minions take damage twice and probably die, but if they are already threatening lethal it doesn't matter anymore.
^ The difference is that if your minion mistakenly attack other friendly minion, it does not trigger as in the minion need to LITERALLY cross the board to be affected. (In game there can be a trench errected to show it)

And how often does it happens? I don't see the point of using such a strange condition if it only matters in extremely rare occasions.

Also stop using numbers where they don't belong:
"Two 5/3 Magnataur"
"Trigger an Overkill"

But pythons aren't poisonous!

It also triggers when mct and sylvanas effect triggers. It is a new game mechanic idea where a trench is erected across the board.
I still think it's not different enough from attacking, but that's just my opinion.
By the way, I made this two cards (among others) and I wonder if they are good as they are or need some changes.
(The effect only triggers if the minion survives, like with Supercollider).
