I'm sure people will vote for Ironclad Inundation, so go for it.
Finding this theme a little boring now... it's one of those things everybody hates anyway so why would we make cards that further support the mechanic.
Also Azshara has flavor because she turns all the frozen/'drowning' minions into her servants as she shuffles them into your deck.

Dunno why. Anyway, glad you like Ironclad. He sucked in the Immune competition, but maybe he'll do better here.
Now for your cards:
Iceblight Hypnotizer: Appropriately costed, though I think it should be an Epic instead. Why? Because a common card that could do this would break Arena even more.
Queen Azshara: Oh goody, more annoying mechanics. Still better then Shaman's Freeze Legendary.
@Demonxz95 Thanks for your coment. I like your card, aswell i liked that other time that you submitted. However, particulary this time by looking the coments on this topic i don't think it's going to recieve too much votes.
@Dr_Scaphandre The first is the best one. Simply enough. I don't like the art.
@ThisOtherGuyTox i think you should go with the first one. I don't like how the second one cast and spell or keywords. The third/four one it's a tech card and those never recieve too much votes.
So i make some changes, any thoughs?
The second version of Northrend Taunka is the best one since Shaman is good at summoning small minions and would be the most useful there. Mammoth is just too niche.
Frost Wyrmling slows down the game against aggro decks and prevents steam rolling, as it forces every minion to miss 2 turns, giving you enough time to recover and build your own board or clear things. It affects both players tho.
Frost Bulwark is a very potent anti-aggro and stall card that considerably slows down the assault of aggro decks until you can stabilize. However, it will block your weapon-slot for a long time and does nothing the turn you play, meaning it requires a dedicated trade-off: Lose tempo, slow down your enemies game.
Lor'themar Theron freezes all spells that are being cast. That means, if you cast Hellfire, it'll trigger at the start of your NEXT turn. If you target him with Mind Control, he will be taken control over at the start of your opponent's next turn etc. If the target dies in the meantime, the simply spell vanishes. Gives you breathing room against spell combo decks (heal up, kill him or kill the Malygos before all the spells hit your face next turn etc), prevents AoE or single-target removal without you having the ability to sacrifice your minion(s). It affects both players tho, so be careful when you play him.
The only difference between the two Cadron's is if the mechanic should affect your opponent's cards too.
One would therefore shut Freeze Mage down, and the other wouldn't.
Isn't Corrupt a Warlock mechanic? I don't like mixing up mechanic to Neutral
The second Cadron is the one with the most useful since the first one is just really clunky if you don't draw your Freeze.
Frozen to the Core is just bad. Its use is too limit. Shaman would want to target small minions with almost all of their Freeze effect (Voodoo Hexxer, Cryostasis)
Change the flavor of the Quest, readjust the Shaman spell and a new idea:
Touch of Sindragosa is for Shaman to trade off their board in order to strategically freeze a character to protect their small ones. Compare with Mark of the Lotus
Ahune is simple board clear for freeze centric control decks
Frozen Citadel allows Mage to have the Icy Touch HP with less mana and less relying drawing the DK, but with the cost of the Lifesteal from the Water Elementals as well as building their deck around it.
Icy Stare works with the chess rules, and your hero is always right in the middle. So, it will hit one minion if your opponent has an odd number of minions and two minions if they have an even number. It will hit the enemy hero only if they have no minions. Also, I don't play much on my phone. Would this be an issue on mobile?
Soooooo question. Can more than one submission from a page make it to finals? i'm gonna assume not but i'm not sure, i dont understand the scoring process enough.

As a frequent mobile player, I'm fairly certain there would be no issues.

Yes, more than one submission from a page can make it to the finals. By the way, you have 1 more post until 1000!

So I had an idea before (on the left) and after some feedback I have re-thought of a different way this speel could be used. So with this card you will discover a shaman spell, however that spell when it hits it target it will freeze them as part of the effect. So if you use a Lava Burst, you would deal 5 damage as well as Freeze that minion. Would you see this as a improvement compared to the first design?

Left: Absolute garbage. Shaman has hardly any spells with the Freeze keyword. Remember: Discover pulls from a pool of the class you're playing, and neutrals, unless it says otherwise. (Like the Gadgetzan Discovers, and Rafaam.)
Right: This card is really confusing with it's wording. I get you're trying to give damage spells the freezing effect, but in all honesty, I think that would be better suited for a minion. Maybe a 2 mana 2/3 where it's text says "Whenever you target a minion with a spell, Freeze it."
Ahh yes, we've been expecting you. You'll have to be recorded before you're officially released. There are a few ways we can do this, and the choice is yours. See my submission to the WCDC hereand upvote if you like it. WCDC 8.3

Cold to the Touch is kinda meh compared to Envenom Weapon. In which deck would it see play? If anything, this would be a cool Shaman card as combo with Ice Breaker.
Flurry Phoenix seems kinda boring. I don't see how this card would see any play. I mean, why play this, over any other Windfury card that doesn't have a downside. Even Frozen Crusher is probably better. Windfury exists too.
Ice Sculptor is probably the best card here, although it's hard to judge how good it is. I'd like Cold to the Touch more if it was a shaman card, tho.
edit: Wtf as I typed this you posted an update. >_<
Catching Cold seems like a weird name. The card should also cost 2 mana maximum, if not 1. It doesn't save you and it affects you as well, so I see no reason why it should cost that much. In general, I don't see a place for this card. Moorabi is probably the only real synergy and that doesn't seem reliable nor feasible, even with your own minions.
Thanks for the feedback! Sorry for the late review...IRL stuff, preparing the challenges for the next phase of the class competition, spending time with my sweetheart...yadda yadda excuses excuses...
I can't really make Cold to the Touch a Shaman card because it's a weapon buff, which is more of Rogue's and, to a lesser degree, Warrior's thing. :PYour cards!
Frost Wyrmling: It's a cute looking Dragon, but it seems a bit too strong. For one, if you already have board control (which is likely because you can just play this last with a bunch of other minions like say with Jade Idol), then this just secures your win as your opponent will have to wait an entire TWO turns for them to even attack with their minions, so it just becomes a win-more card. Otherwise, it's just a 2/6 with Taunt, which easily gets destroyed by an over-dominating board. I'm not a fan of this one, sorry...
Frost Bulwark: I really like this one! It's a great, solid defensive weapon that helps to support Control Warrior, and it forces your opponent into awkward position where they have to choose between getting value by trading with your minions or attacking with their minions to wear down the weapon while they can. However, it seems a teensy bit too potent, as this has the ability to deal 8 damage and Freeze 4 characters for only 2 mana. Surely it needs to be a bit more expensive? Maybe 4 mana?
Lor'themar Theron: I don't think this is viable because...
Last time I checked, spells weren't characters and can't attack. :P
Alright, here's the latest version! Your thoughts?
First of all, I respond to you way too much. Does it ever get old or annoying when you open your notifications and it reads "Demonxz95 replied to your comment on jknhnjhxdfgdspqomcnd" and you think "oh, he's responded again"? If anything, other people need a chance to provide all of the fair feedback to you and I need to catch a break from replying to you all the time. This however is the Discussion Topic and I'm basically on this forum all the time, so I've gone for it.
Whatever, I'm glad I got that out of my system.
Ice Sculptor - Assuming that the copy that it becomes is also Frozen, this is a really cool effect although it doesn't produce that much board presence because it enters the battlefield Frozen. Still really cool though.
Cold to the Touch - It's a nice way to incorporate the Freeze mechanic into other classes. So yeah, I think it's really nice.
Catching Cold - Everything becomes a Frozen Crusher. Ultimate troll card against minions boards and nice synergy with Moorabi.
What the... I can't compete with this. This is why you're the champion of this place. How am I supposed to compete with this?
Nah, it never gets old or annoying when you respond to me. I think it's quite sweet really. <3 Glad you liked my cards!
Ice Lord Zero: Wow! Well, that's one way to slow the meta. I quite like it! In addition to being an Elemental in Shaman as Elemental Shaman really needs some support, it stalls , allowing for more Control-y or even Combo-y playstyles. However, you may get a HUGE tempo swing if you have board control, and if you manage to get minions on the board before your opponent does and destroy, your opponent's tempo is extremely decelerated. As a result, you should probably make it cost 6. Also, it should be worded as "All minions enter the battlefield Frozen this game" when compared to Frost Lich Jaina and Raza the Chained.
I should point out it also freezes minions and heroes so I should hope it's legal. We've had cards win in the past that introduce new mechanics i.e. extra mana crystals above 10. It would mostly be flavorful.
Magmaw's text is as it is for clarity. I could remove it but it makes it more clear in my eye.
Alright, here's the latest version! Your thoughts?
Ice Sculptor is fantastic... But the combo with Freezing Potion to be essentially a double Faceless Manipulator for just 1 mana more is potentially borked. Make it cost 4? If this was in Shaman, it could stay at its current Cost.
Cold to the Touch has great flavour, but it would fail in weapon Rogue, as they have enough damage as is (like 9 or 13 damage on a Kingsbane with lifesteal) so I feel this wouldn't do tremendously.
Catching Cold is great. No further comments.
Help on these?
Thanks for the input!
Iceblight Hypnotizer: I like it! It's simple yet flavourful and strong, and it promotes the use of niche cards like Freezing Potion, Glacial Shard and Frost Shock.
Queen Azshara: That seems really difficult to combo with, and unlike your other card, it's trivial as to whether the resources and tempo wasted to make it work was worth it. The effect seems too slow, and it might not even have any effect because you may never draw the few cards you shuffled. I don't think you should go with this one.
At first I was afraid when I saw the thread grew up to 6 pages overnight but the actual number of cards posted is manageable so I'll do all individual reviews.
@Demonxz95. I know Shaman is the worst class right now, but it's not a reason to give them cards to piss off everyone else without even raising their own winrate.
@ThisOtherGuyTox. Your first 2 cards on page 1 are dead and I don't remember them. As for Winter's Grasp, change the art because people will recognize Bryn'troll, the Bone Arbiter. Once this is done, it will be all good but you will have to be quick to post this because it's an obvious idea. Would upvote with the changes.
@Teknician. None of your 8 initial mage cards are appealing, except Living Comet which has a good concept but is broken with that statline (This would be broken in Big Spell Mage, and Mage can also play minion-based tempo decks, remember Mech Mage?) so maybe make it 3/2 or 2/3 or something.
On your next batch of cards, I can see combos involving Magmaw and self-freeze effects to get a large number of attacks in one turn, and I don't like this. On the other hand, thaw-related effects are a good way to stand out. Magmaw already exist though so you should take another one. Northrend Gateguard is OP as fuck and Ashazane looks like Demonx's card (which I didn't like either).
Next batch, they are all too niche and wouldn't see play even if Freeze Shaman ever becomes a thing (except the first Winter Sight wich is card draw for 1 and therefore is borderline OP).
At the end of the day, I think you should go with a modified version of either Living Comet or Magmaw.
@YHJS2000. Nice idea, but I'm sure it won't be the only Freezing Totem submitted. I like how your version encourages to think about positioning. Would upvote.
@Vilegloom. These are all good cards, but my favorite is Frostbeard Keeper wich is an excellent aggro-counter for freeze-based decks, though you could make the card text more elegant by adding a line break somewhere. Frostshaping is decent too but IMO it should only target friendly minions to be balanced (otherwise it's a 3mana Faceless Manipulator since the freeze effect is symetrical so cancels out). Frostfire Missiles will probably be done by a lot of people. Would upvote Frostbeard or Frostshaping.
@Zukuu. "Taunt Permanently Frozen" is very lazy. You won't score much with that. Lorthemar is just not freeze at all, you're giving a new definition to a keyword that already has one, even though I like the base idea (without the keywrod) but not for this week (it's probably not legal anyway). Frost Wyrmling is good but not with this art and name. A 2/6 body is too big to be a "Wyrmling". Would upvote this one with changes, though it won't be original.
@Fortify. Shaman currently has only 3 Freezing spells (Frost Shock, Avalanche, Cryostasis) so it kind of kills the flavor behind the discover mechanic since you know exactly what you will get. It would be much better as a Mage card but even then, it's very bland and not original at all (I had the idea too).
@ShadowsOfSense: Very cool concept, but super weird as a Rogue card. I don't know how to feel towards this. Well, I think you should at least reduce the Health restored to 4 or even 3 since it would otherwise be better than heals for classes for which healing is part of their identity.
This or make it Shaman. The flavor could fit in any class anyway. Would probably upvote.
@NOVEXOR: "Posting tons of cards etc..." With that said, Frost Warleader is good but I would change the name to "Drakkari Warleader" or something like that. The rest isn't interesting. Would upvote "Drakkari Warleader".
@Yuimpoll: Your first card is too complicated. Nobody will read cards with 5 lines of text. Your second card is more interesting, but should be worded differently. "At the end of your turn, summon a copy of this is a Frozen minion died this turn" is more explicity and comprehensible. Would upvote Ice Shard Elemental.
@Zence. Too powerful. Deathwing is balanced because its drawback is big enough, but this screws your opponent's ability to deal with a 12/12 while STILL preserving your options for your next turn. Also it's cancer in Freeze Mage.
@linkblade91. The first one is a Freeze Mage buff, kill it with fire. The second one is... a 6mana 7/7 with a super effect and no drawback? Even ignoring the statline, the effect is decent and would be useful but the card text looks big and complicated.
@Scubahelm. Underpowered as fuck, and not particularily original or flavorful anyway.
@ihascom: I love the base concept but... it's super broken! IMO you should make it a legendary, change the statline, use a decent artwork for the base card, and it could be good. I don't know exactly which statline would be good though.
@Shatterstar1998. Freeze Mage buffs, kill them with fire.
@Cogito_ergo_sum: I don't know why but it's always only in your posts that I see dead imgur links. I can't see your first 2 card of your first post. However the one I can see, Ice Sculptor, looks pretty good.... I mean it would if Freeze Mage didn't exist. Make it Shaman and I would upvote. Page 5 update: Nevermind, Cold to the touch is better. Would upvote.
@nurgling13. Frostbiter (shaman version) everyday. Would upvote. I'm curious though, what happens when you freeze several minions at the same time? Are they all destroyed?
@Dr_Scaphandre. As it has been pointed out, I already posted an idea for Chilly Peace Axe before (and several other too though about it as well apparently?), though I'm not yet certain whether it is the one I will submit yet. If I decide not to maybe the mods will allow you to do so. As for your other cards, Ironclad Innundation is OP (and cancer) and Scourgelord Scarm is just not Freeze at all. Like Zukuu you're redefining a keyword that already exists so it's probably not legal.
However, if Ironclad was "Immune while a FRIENDLY character is frozen" it would not only be more balanced, but also a tech against Freeze Mage rather than being a Freeze Mage card itself. I would upvote Ironclad if you do this change.
@joedarke7. This card is dumb as fuck... I love it! Would def upvote. Don't make it vanilla though, the effect is too good for that.
@Phoenixfeather. Avalanche Elemental is just not interesting. Unsable Chill is good, even though it's not original, you will probably get a lot of votes with it. Not sure whether I would upvote. Iceling is decent but would be too good in aggro decks.
@OmegaZ3Ro. Cryogenic Armoring and Cold Tides Nage are both very weak. Chillwind Battleaxe is better is much more interesting! Would upvote.
@Soulbattle. I generally don't like "permanent freeze" effect but Cold Storage is an interesting take on the mechanic. It may help to create a "Big Shaman" archetype. However it should cost 4 to be balanced. Swift Frostsaber is interesting too but it should have a bigger body. Automatic attacks on a 3/4 is not that interesting. It's also a powercreep on Spider Tank. Frostfire is just not interesting. Would upvote Cold Storage at 4mana.
@ffinderous. This is worse than Poison Seeds which didn't see play. Anyway, the card is particularily interesting or flavorful.
@Asylum_Rhapsody: Argh! I forgot that I had a very similar card to show and didn't post it! Anyway, I like this card for the same reason I like mine but please, pick another artwork. I see that one everywhere and I'm just fed up with it. Would probably upvote.
@wooder. This is OP as fuck. Don't do this please.
@TrickyBeast: "Posting tons of ideas etc...". Icy Crystals looks interesting but... Crystals aren't a weapon. Find another art and give them an attack value.
@bejno: Frozen Defender is alright. It's not really helping Freeze Mage since they would prefer Tar Creeper so it's good. Ultimately though, the second effect is too niche to be useful. It's basically a 3mana 3/5 that freezes itself.
@biggerbossman: I don't like these kind of effects, also it's not particularly interesting, original or flavorful.
@Livienna. It's alright, but not interesting enough.
I noticed that I promised a lot of votes...I may raise my standards if I find out that I'm giving too much votes.
Finally, I'll bump my own cards. Frozen Throne wasn't liked so I'll dump this idea.
I'm leaning towards one of the first two, but I don't know how to decide.
Meme value: Both are memes, but the Axe is a fresher one. --> Advantage: Chilly Peace Axe
Originality: Judging by this thread --> Advantage: Purify with Ice.
Gameplay value: PWI could be used in Freeze Shaman with Moorabi but is still niche and as weak as its namesake. CPA would see play in any warrior that isn't trying to win before turn 5 --> Advantage: Chilly Peace Axe.
So, CPA seems to win but a lot of people here seem to not like it.
In addition, Red Proto-Whelp is not a meme but probably has the most gameplay value. I might reduce the armor gain to 3 or 2 per character to not make it too impactful.
Thanks for the criticism! This should be the last of the feedback that I have to return...I hope I didn't miss anyone.
Chilly Peace Axe: It's a simple yet solid weapon for Control Warrior! I like it, especially the allusion to Firey War Axe. I think you should go with this one.
Purify with Ice: Eh, it's less useful thanPurify, which isn't exactly a power level you want your card at...
Red Proto-Whelp: Cool! It's a sweet, little Dragon that helps you stabilize a bit by trading your Freeze effects with Armor, or it can be just a great card to nullify your Freeze effects with (such as Hyldnir Frostrider or Frozen Crusher in Arena). It seems very situational though, and it's questionable as to whether downright Unfreezing something like a 10-Attack minion is worth getting a measly 4 Armor for...
Alright looks like I'm recycling Ironclad again.
Any changes and feedback before I submit him?
