Ok guys. I have 32 cards that fit the theme, here are those I think are the best ones:
Keep in mind that this week's theme is ambiguous so some of them might not actually be good.
AGGRA - AKA Thrall's waifu. Obviously the only time it will interact with your opponent's board is during shaman mirrors but it still fits the rules :D. If you have a Wrath of Air Totem for example, she will be a 4/6 with Spell Damage +1 (assuming the Totem is not damaged).
ALICIA CUTHBERT - Again, not sure it counts. It kind of interacts with your opponent's hand since her effect will depend on it.
The idea of this card is that, as a rogue, you benefit more from The Coin so even though it can sometimes backfire, you're better off on the long term. Flavor-wise it fits because some pirates can be some kind of a Robin Hood and shit.
VARIMATHRAS - A famous dreadlord who does drealord-y things: possessing enemy minions. This card is very annoying to deal with since it will screw you if you have a board like Sylvanas Windrunner, for whom Varimathras worked for a long time before betraying her (see the dreadlord in the background on Sylvanas' art ? Well, that's him). It depdends on your opponent's board because basically it's a 8mana 7/7 if your opponent's board is empty. Might be too powerful as it is. What do you think ?
TERROR ATTACK - Reversed Feign Death and hilarious counter to Sylvanas! I think it could cost (1) without being broken since unlike Feign Death, you don't decide which minions you opponent plays. The flavor also needs some change.

I actually like Araniac Researcher the most. It's simple but elegant. Should cost less tho, since tech cards need to be lowcosted, or have huge tempo swings. Just copying a single mage Ice Block doesn't really cut it. Could actually just be something like 4/4 for 4 or 3/4 for 4 or something.
Snail Breeding Ground is interesting. Kinda powercreepy over Webweave but nobody really thinks of that card highly anyway. Might possibly be OP, I don't know.
You're right. I actually did think about Unleash the Whelp, but it probably would be too OP because it can fairly easily give you Spell Damage +3 as well as three 1/1s or even more for only 3 mana and is SUPER combo-y which Mage already excels at.

Pretty straightforward. Is it any good? The Deathrattle obviously triggers on your side of the battlefield.
It seems too RNG-reliant and weak to work. There aren't really that many Deathrattle minions that get you a whole lot of value and even then, your opponent has to draw it and not play it.

My favorite is Rejuvenated Elf. It's a neat way to catch back up if your opponent is ahead on board. I think people tend to dislike it when cards just say "cast this spell", though, instead of just spelling out what it does, though in this case that might make it too wordy.
Snail Breeding Ground -> Make this 6, or preferably 7, mana. You've got Webweave as a comparison reference to judge how OP this card is. I like that it's a Hunter card though; control hunter needs more tools.
Unleash the Whelp -> I think this is a bit less OP than Snail Breeding Ground, but it's a still a bit OP when thinking about Evolved Kobold. (Obviously class cards power-creep, but this is a bit much imo.) Maybe 4 mana? Not entirely sure
Call the Medic -> Super cool, and It looks fairly balanced to me because an abundance of Northshire Clerics can destroy you.

Ambush Agent fits the rogue flavor. Arrogant Duelist is balanced. For some reason, i don't like Soul Extraction. I think that Ambush Agent is the best one, but also i can see Shadow Rager crying in a corner.

Would Snail Breeding Ground still OP if the minions summoned don't have Taunt? I can reuse the Spider tokens used on the Druid cards (Frost Widow) for the new version (it's still a Hunter card, of course). Change its name to Spider Breeding Ground?
I wanted to give Hunter's some healing in the form of a deathrattle minion. Unlike Cult Apothecary, this card gives the opponent time to play around the card, but you do gain significantly more healing.

The main problem I see with this card is that it costs 3 mana and Hunter are already LOADED with 3-cost cards: Eaglehorn Bow, Kill Command, Unleash the Hounds, Animal Companion, Cloaked Huntress, Rat Pack, Terrorscale Stalker, Shaky Zipgunner as well as the new cards from KotFT, Bearshark and Stitched Tracker. Those are just the ones I can name off the top of my head too. 3-cost cards need to be EXTREMELY powerful to have a shot at making it into Hunter decks simply because of how many options they already consider running. In addition to that, your opponent might trade into it with a minion, then that kills it and you get less healing.

I see some problems with this card. Namely that if your opponent isn't running any Hero cards (very much possible for F2P players or people just deciding not to run them), or even if they are and they don't draw them or already played them, you just Discover a Hero card. Discovering a non-Rogue hero card as Rogue (specifically the Priest one) could potentially be problematic.
I feel like we've already been drifting away from the core of the Discover mechanic and what it was intended to be. Cross-class Discover potential wasn't a thing until a few sets ago and now we see it a lot more often.
