As you guys might already familiar, I created this expansion for the Expansion Creation competition. I managed to make it to Phase 3 before being eliminated due to tough competition. Thanks all of the people who checked out and voted for me to advance this far into the competition.
However, not wanting to let all the efforts I put into get wasted, I decided to finish what I started: A full-blown expansion with 9 cards each classes (for a total of 81 class cards) and 43 Neutral cards.
I really hope for your opinion for this expansion.
Note: This expansion was created before Knights of the Frozen Throne announcement, so all similiarities is just concidental.
Without further ado, here's my expansion. Comments and balance concern are welcome.
Rebuilding the Outland - A Hearthstone expansion
Flavor
After an invasion of the Burning Legion, leaders from both Alliance and Horde are now in the process of rebuilding this forsaken place into something more hospitable. Expect to see a lot of Draenei, Elves, Ogres, Orcs, Arakkoa, Plants, Elementals along with a few returning members of the Explorers League and their Horde friendnemy the Reliquary compete to discover this broken land.
Mechanic:
A big push for this expansion is decision making. Many of the mechanic reward planning ahead to get maximum value for the player with the most in-depth decision making skill
Keywords:
Study: To rebuild something, you first must understand it! The Study mechanic is introduced in this expansion as the Explorer's League and the Reliquary study the local creatures to have a better knowledge on how to understand them in order to rebuild this broken land. Study allows you more potency in your card in exchange for delay yourselves from playing them. In order for the player to keep track of the Study turn, the card will show the Study turn when you hover over it. When the X reached (0), the Study keyword will disappear and the effect will appear as normal. An example can be seen below:
Shaping: The creatures at the Outland along with the people who come to rebuild the place are highly unstable. All of them are capable to Shaping themselves or others into something else. Each turn the card is in your hand, their form becomes more unstable to the point of a certain time, they will transform into a different form. Similar but yet different in many ways to the Study mechanic, Shaping allows more flexibility in how to build your deck as minions with Shaping can be used both as their original form or their transformed form. The visual for this effect is similar to the Study keyword. However, because Hearthstone is at foremost designed to be simple and new players friendly, therefore any cards whose Shaping effect that named a specific card will be limited to three sources: Cards from the expansion itself, a new / established token like Ancient of Wonder or cards from the Classic and Expert set.
It should be noted that the countdown on Study and Shaping starts the turn AFTER your mulligan.
Another mechanic that will be introduced in this expansion is Side Quest: This mechanic is similar in many ways to the Quest: They present an objective for the players to complete. However, unlike Quests, they do NOT start in your opening hand. Most of the Side Quests are much easier to complete but their reward are also less game-winning and permanent. They cost 2 mana and can also be completed alongside your main Quest but, like Secret, you can only have 1 Side Quest with the same name at once. The good news is that they are Epic cards, which mean you can choose to include and complete two Side Quest in one game!
New Tribes! The Plant are now officially a Tribe for this expansion. A list of Plant that already existed in Hearthstone can be seen here. They will have synergy with each other whether as they on the field, summon another Plant and even have their own tutor effect!
Disclaimer: All of these cards are made before and during the release of the Knight of the Frozen Throne Expansion.
Does Shaping and Study activate the turn after your mulligan? Yes!!! It's incredibly important to mulligan out your bad hand.
Why is Forest Tender not a Plant herself? Because then she will be too hard to remove if you chain summoning her.
Will Illidan be put in every deck like pre-nerf Tinkmaster? Tinkmaster is 3 mana while he is 6 mana, so he will not be fitted in aggro / fast mid-range decks. Also, since Mage and Shaman already has insane removal, I doubt they will run him.
Why is Vashj activate on summon Elementals instead of play? For Priest to use their Mana Geode and Mage to use their shiny Frost Lich Jaina on her.
Note: The Totems discovered by Tauren Shaman will cost 1 instead of 0.
Token:
Warlock (9/9): Discard / Hero Damage synergy:
Token:
Warrior (9/9): Conditional effect / Armor synergy
Token:
Q & A:
Does Decoy Trap discover itself? No. The wording is clearly stated "a different Secret", meaning that Decoy Trap will NOT be show up as one of the option.
Why is Seed of Hallucination not a Plant? Because then it will be overpower compare with Undercity Huckster and Dagger of Rosalina would be too easy to trigger.
Does Ahune freeze all minions on the field? What about summoning minions? Ahune will freeze ALL (6) or less minions, which means he will freeze BOTH summoning and the ones already on the field.
Wait, what are the target of Servant of Ahune again? All the cards with Freeze or Frozen in its card text for Servant of Ahune. For example: Shatter, Frost Armor or even the mighty Ahune himself!
Does Blessing of A'dal discover cards with Lifesteal? YES! The Lifesteal wording before the change is "RESTORE health to your hero", so it will Discover the card.
Does Blessing of A'dal discover Earthen Ring Recruiter? No, since the card doesn't give any healing itself.
Finishing up the Warrior set and add a Neutral Side Quest!!! Fix some typo in the Hunter sets. A list of interesting interaction will be posted tomorrow:

Explaination: Bloodreaver Gul'dan WILL summon a copy of the dead minion since it is counted as a Demon when it died. When it is on the field, its tribe returns to normal
Gift of Rosalina allows Rogue to come back with their healing the turn after playing Valeera, not to mention double the amount of healing as long they can proc the combo effect.
Hey everyone. I decided to make this a log for every changes that I made to the expansion:
The discover pool for Silver Hand Explorer after the releasing of many low value Divine Shield minions for the new expansion has been adjusted to only minions with Divine Shield. I originally created her restriction to prevent Paladin from getting too much value only discovering Tirion and Wickerflame. But now the new released Divine Shield minion Righteous Protector made the restriction unnecessary and might make this card too inconsistent to see play. Now she will just straightforwardly discover minions that start with Divine Shield.
Warp Stalker is now a 2/1. 3/1 is just too OP considering that it will draw you atleast 1 card and force your opponent to have awkward plays.
Fix the typo of the three weapon buff (Outland Weaponsmith, Shady Weaponsmith and Outland Inquisitor).
Fix the typo on Primal Fury.
Dagger of Rosalina is changed from a 1 mana 1/2 to now a 2 mana 2/2 with the same effect. The release of Shadowblade shows that Rogue doesn't need or wants anymore 3/2 weapon. I decided to make it a 4/2 weapon to have it become more impactful. Plus, the 2 cost allows Rogue to have something to do when they missed the Razorpetal Lasher beside just Hero Power up.
Create Ancient of Miracle to replace Dirty Trick. The original card is below:
Fixed all the typo pointed out by Demonxz95
Changed Vilefin Inquisitor's name to Vilefin Crusader.
Changed Corrupted Ancient's name to Outland Orchid with new art. The old flavor card just seems a little bit off to me and the name looks extremely out of place for the rest of the Druid sets.
Eternal Revenant is now a 2/4 with Taunt instead of a 2/5 since I want it to have more impact when played.
With Knight of the Frozen Throne released, I updated the list of synergy. Hope anyone who view this thread has any interesting combination points out so I can add it to the list.

Pretty nice set overall. I do like the Plant tribe and I like most of the cards in the set, but there are a couple of wording, grammar and miscellaneous errors you made:
Flame Convertor should say "When a friendly minion dies, add a 1/2 Elemental to your hand."
Some of the text of Forest Protector overlaps the Attack and Health icons.
Is Skettis Talonguard's effect supposed to be a Battlecry or a passive effect? If it's the latter, you should use "has" instead of "gain". This same thing could be said about your Paladin card Draenai Vindicator.
"attack" on Shady Weaponsmith (and also Primal Fury) should start with a capital A. All cards that refer to an attack statistic always have Attack start with a capital A. Attack only starts with a lowercase A if it refers to the action of attacking (Shaku, the Collector, Blessing of Wisdom and Bear Trap are examples of this).
Frost Armor should say for each "Frozen character" instead of "characters".
Ice Surger's effect should say "Frostbolt" instead of "Frost Bolt".
There's already a card in the game called Vilefin Inquisitor, so you should probably rename that.
Draenai Vindicator should say "Health" instead of "health" as Health statistics are always refered to with a capital H. Same goes for Prayer of Healing, Blessing of A'dal and Armored Val'kyr.
Frost Totem should say "for each other Totem you control" instead of "Totems".
Scheming Imp should say "takes damage" instead of "take" (Floating Watcher).
Lifelinker looks like it has the same effect as Scheming Imp so it should use the same wording.
The Underdog should say "add a Brawl" to your hand instead of "all a Brawl".
Some of your cards are also missing periods/full stops.
But I still do like a lot of this set. My favorite class in this set would be Paladin. I've admittedly always found it weird that Paladin has no weapon synergy in their class given that they are one of the main weapon classes in the game.

Thank you so much for your help and opinion. What do you think about the Hunter set? I'm admittedly really dislike the class since I think it is too one-dimensional (which is something I imagine the developers have in mind since they are supposed to be the "cheap Aggro class"), so I decided to add more complexity for the class.
What is your thought on the newly added Neutral cards?
What is your top 5 / Most favorite cards of the set? Least favorite?

I'm admittedly not too fond of the Legendary as I feel the effect of having a card always start in your hand could be problematic if it's designed a certain way. Quests have this because they would be completely unplayable if they didn't (like imagine having your Quest be the very bottom card of your deck). I suppose you had this mindset as well when designing this card. It doesn't look too unbalanced though, and I do understand why you decided to do this.
I do like a lot of the Secret synergy cards you have here. My favorite of them is probably Warp Stalker as card draw is something Hunters really need and I think more Secret synergy in Hunter and Paladin would be pretty cool. Mage already has quite a bit of Secret synergy, I think it's about Hunter or Paladin's turn for that. I do also like Outland Ravager because I've always felt that the Steamwheedle Sniper mechanic is underutilized and shouldn't be limited to just a single card. I feel like this card could actually make it viable.
What are the new Neutrals? Favorite and least favorite cards is something I'd probably have to take a closer look at this set to figure out, but you do have some pretty cool cards.

I mean, I don't think Maimclaw is TOO unbalanced. Hunter paid for the consistent 2-drop by having only a 2/2 minion AND 1 board slot. I see this is played in specifically Mid-range Plant Hunter. I plan to give Hunter more draw, but all of their draw are extremely conditional since card draw is supposed to be Rogue's specialty.
The list of the added Neutrals (that is, those that weren't present in my original submission for the Expansion Competition) is in the Spoilers. But I'll make a list for easier searching:
