Reckless Drawing has a 70% chance of being a better sprint drawing 4 or more cards if your hand is empty. If you have 3 other cards in your hand then Reckless Drawing has a 40% chance of being a better sprint. Also sometimes you wouldn't mind a discard or two. This card becomes a lot better with less cards in hand and chances of drawing 1 or 2 cards with this card is less(20%) but can happen!
I know there is already someone who has done this meme in this same page. I wanted to add my version of the "we are number one" meme.
This card is firstly meant to be flavourful: the idea is that the four Rotten Skeletons (name based on the name of the character, Robbie Rotten) come to play to fight against a common enemy that is an enemy minion. However, since they are 1/1 minions and the enemy has its health set to 5, even if they attack it they will not destroy him, similar to how the four villains, in the well known "We are number one!" video, try to fight and stop Sportacus, but fail miserably.
As a card, it may seems overpowered because summons four 1/1 for just 3 mana. A strong card for a zoo deck. However, consider that it is unplayable if the enemy has not a minion to be targeted. Also, using this on turn 3 is generally bad since most of 3 mana minions that the opponent could have played the previous turn (or lower cost minion) have less than 5 Health. So this could be considered as a side effect. I must say, however, that this card is a nice "kind of" removal: in the late game, setting an high cost minion's Health to 5 may make it weak versus cards like Felfire Potion,Doomguard, or just minions previously played. A big threat can be eliminated thanks to this card, while refilling the board with tokens that just can be combo-ed with other effects such as Darkshire Councilman.
Incantation: New effect, spells that require the use of a minion to be powered up. Could be used with other classes as well, such as a warlock sacrificing a minion for spell power or a new warrior card based of Grommash in the Warlords of Draenor prequels where you sacrifice your minions for a one turn hit unarmed dmg buff like heroic strike.
A balanced quest, that give you 3 copies of Hobgoblin that cost 1, making him playable in a mid range or control deck. With card like Tar Creeper, Fire Fly, Jeweled Macaw, etc. can be a strong deck.
Because 1-drops keep getting buffs and our pity little Warlock deserve some love in this Standard meta Cheap Twisting Nether for Control Warlock and a Plan B for Zoolock vs other stronger Un'goro Aggro Deck.
Believe it or not, Fandral Staghelm actually isn't a big fan of this card.
This card primarily exists to give Druids some genuine AoE (compare: Volcano) other than Starfall (which is of course unplayed) and Swipe, thus potentially making Control Druid viable. And in case you no longer need any AoE, you can get two 3-cost elementals for 16.6 percent less mana! What a deal!
EDIT: Removed a superfluous word in the card (damage).
A Thing from Below for all types of warlock decks.
For Zoolock, you have Flame Imp and Hero Power to liberally damage your hero during your own turn. May be even a Pit Lord or two!
For Handlock, you have Hero Power and spells likeHellfire, Felfire Potion. Perfect to reestablish the board after a board wipe.
Make Warlock great again!
I guess I've been waiting all along for this one (with the puns) - so this is my first entry:

I loved to play Randuin so this would be great addition to the set. :-)

Check out my entry for this week's Card Design Competition. Vote for it if you like it.
Usefull to climb in ladder or arena, or to gain extra gold... if you are greed enough to add the card in your deck

A little combo-breaker
Illusion:
(For clarification: illusions work the same as having 2 Mogor the Ogre, each one can proc and change the target.)
