Your card must be a Paladin card (minion, spell or weapon)
Your card must positively interact with Dragons (so no destroying Dragons, dealing damage to Dragons, etc.)
Note that while your card (if it's a minion) doesn't need to be a Dragon, merely being a Dragon does not count as Dragon synergy
Some advice from our theme creator - but specifically not part of the rules, just a suggestion - is to try and focus on what would make Dragon Paladin different from Dragon Priest. While Priest focuses on good stats on curve and healing them, Paladin could be more about Divine Shield, or token production like Nightbane Templar.

Discussion Topic Rules
To make sure that everything runs smoothly, we need to reserve the Submission Topic for submissions only. Everything else goes here. What is everything else, you might ask?
Rules or Process. Do you have a question about the competition's process? Do you need clarification about one of the entry requirements? Are you not sure whether your entry adhered to the rules? Ask here!
Feedback or Ideas. Do you have some ideas you'd like to run by others before settling on one? Do you need help balancing or wording your entry? Do you need help finding art that will fit your card? Or do you just want feedback from the community on your entry? You're in the right place! Remember, although you are allowed to make minor tweaks to your entry after you've submitted it, you're only allowed one submission per week, so make sure that you've settled on your card for sure beforehand.
Discussion! Do you have thoughts on other people's entries? Are there directions you don't like that you're seeing too many people take? Or directions you'd like to see more people take? Would you like to help others and contribute to a greater community understanding of Hearthstone card design and balance? This is where you want to be!
All of that said, please refrain from the following:
Posting TONS of Ideas. Discussion topics become an absolute mess if everybody is posting a dozen different ideas. Please post not more than 3 distinct ideas at a time. Any more than that and we'll have to delete your post.
Advertising Your Entry. Please don't pop in here just to advertise your entry only to never be heard from again. This includes only asking short, generic, or insincere questions like "Thoughts?" or "Do you think this is interesting?". Yes, getting feedback on your entry is one of the purposes of this topic, but we're not just here for other people to help you. We're here for you all to help each other. 12 hours after this competition begins, there should be plenty of other posts here for you to give specific feedback or for you to comment on a trend. If you post your entry for feedback after this time and do not also offer some form of substantial commentary, critique, or praise of others' work, you may find your post deleted.
Plagiarism. Many people post their ideas here before finalizing them in the submission topic. Directly plagiarizing those ideas to post in the submission topic yourself is absolutely not acceptable.
So, without further ado, have fun and get creating!
I wanted to try out the new keyword that Un'Goro brings. Curves well with an aggressive 'Zoo' deck that Nightbane Templar seems the best fit for. Faerie Dragon into Dragonsworn's Stegodon is very powerful, especially if you get a strong Adapt choice. Although Liquid Membrane is a worthless option for Faerie Dragon. I always wanted the 'Zoo' deck that Zoobot and Menagerie Magician supported to see some play.
This is a tricky competition. Currently, Dragon Paladin isn't really a deck. I think it's great that Cheese made the suggestion of not replicating Dragon Priest, but it leaves us in a bit of a conundrum. What is dragon paladin supposed to be about?
Here's a link to Brian Kibler's Dragon Paladin from back in November, during the Heroic Tavern Brawl. He's kind of the Dragon Priest/Paladin expert, or at least the best known player of those decks.
From that list, Dragon Paladin is a midrange deck, looking to out value your opponent... essentially Dragon Priest without control cards.
The other angle would be to think about the challenge from a thematic perspective. Red Dragons and Bronze Dragons feel the most aligned with Paladin Stuff, though you could do some kind of Deathknight/Arthas thing with Frost Wyrms I suppose.
So this is my first idea. However I will add that the image of Dragon's call isn't the same as the one in WoW. Just couldn't find a better image, so I used this. Anyway thoughts?

My Entry for this week's Card Design Competition - Season 8.16:
First Paldin 5-Cost weapon. I think it's balanced and interesting enough with 3 Durability. However not crazy exciting. I'll see if I find something else...
So, my first idea is nothing too flashy but I think Dragon decks in general would appreciate this exact card.
Basically, it's not only a 1-drop Dragon, but it returning to your hand allows you to repeatedly use Dragon synergies. It basically is supposed to (almost) guarantee that you have a Dragon in your hand for effects in which you need to hold a Dragon.
As we've seen from Chillmaw, we are allowed to have Deathrattle effects with this condition.

I think this is too overpowered. If you compare it to Fiery War Axe, you summon two 2/2 Dragons (you forgot to give them the Dragon tag by the way), and in addition to that, they have a really good and useful ability. All you lose from the War Axe is just 1 attack. In my opinion, this card could cost 3 and the balance would still be questionable.

Trying to define what Dragon Paladin should is part of the challenge! When I submitted the theme, I thought about those 4 possibilities:
Summon and buff weak stuff. Dragon Paladin dragon's and cards may be weaker than those of other dragon archetypes but make buffing easier
Greedy control, much more so than Dragon Priest which is more midrange. Like a Ragnaros, Lightlord but for Dragons.
So this is my first idea. However I will add that the image of Dragon's call isn't the same as the one in WoW. Just couldn't find a better image, so I used this. Anyway thoughts?

Yeah, way too strong. Maybe make the Whelps 1/1 is enough to balance this.
This is the Discussion Topic. The Submission Topic is here.
Competition Theme: The Scales of Justice
This weeks theme comes from CheeseEatingSurrenderMonkey, whose "Il'gynoth" was the winner of our "Ready,Set..." competition.

You can find me here! Good luck everyone!
This is absolutely horrible worded, could use some help there. Besides that, is this any good, balanced, OP/UP, what you can think of?
And the second part (and I don't think this as an actual idea), how about using the new keywords, is that allowed? An example:
I wanted to try out the new keyword that Un'Goro brings. Curves well with an aggressive 'Zoo' deck that Nightbane Templar seems the best fit for. Faerie Dragon into Dragonsworn's Stegodon is very powerful, especially if you get a strong Adapt choice. Although Liquid Membrane is a worthless option for Faerie Dragon. I came up with this for now
Faerie Dragon
Wanted to try a quest, this feels balanced but its hard to judge with never having used these

Edit: Whoops not a pally card yet

I see. Thanks for your thoughts. I will re-think the design or see if I can think of something else.
My Entry for this week's Card Design Competition - Season 8.16:
It should be, play 6 Dragons instead because of Nightsbane Templar.
Through fire and blood, they shall know my name.
Because why not? #MenageriePally
"The Slayer" custom class
"The Great Thaw" expansion competition finalist
And yes I do agree that Red and Bronze dragons fit Paladin very well.
In the meantime, here's what I thought about:
Yes, the last one is identical to @Demox95's suggestion save for rarity. I did not know this idea would be so unoriginal xD
Custom cards :
CLASSES : Alchemist (CCC#5 | Phase V) | Chef (CCC#4)
EXPANSIONS : Year of the Scorpion (Year Comp)
Are quests allowed? Like this one?
Wished to be pink.
Then did.
Then fired myself.
Then did again.
