Hallowed Wands have been a part of Hallow’s End in World of Warcraft for as long as I remember. They allow you to transform fellow players into costumes, and I thought of translating that into Hearthstone. Darla is a Blood Elf girl that sells such wands, hence why she is the legendary.
While having fun with the theme and correlating it with actual things from World of Warcraft, I tried designing this card with an attempt of making it balanced. Darla herself isn’t what you play the card for, it is the “Hex” effect that you’re after which serves as a fantastic removal in control matches.
Original wands in WoW have 5 charges, but in HS that would be basically a game over (forcing everyone to play weapon removal is bad design). While I still consider utility of this card to be off the charts, Darla’s poor stats are there to ensure that the tempo swing is tolerable.
I tried to introduce a new concept here. This card can be hard to kill and it does have premium stats but your opponent can use a weak minion or spell to get it out of the way. Just to clarify, this card gets healed but goes back to it's original stats when returned to it's owner's hand.

Just use it as a kind of Loatheb on your enemy's minions or prevent yourself from getting fatigue damage.
It breaks your opponent playing on curve forcing them to play again the minion you bounced back and effectively losing a turn.
The Headless Horseman.
Removal for both small and large minions, that can also heal you.
Flavor Text: Poisoning Candy may be evil, but giving Priest bad cards every set is even worse.
Some of my creations are below, sorted from new to old

DARKEST HOUR:
9 Mana, Darkest Hour, Epic Warlock Class Card, Creature, 0/12
Battlecry: Transform all other creatures into Demons.
Deathrattle: Return all Demons to their owner's hand.
Both heroes are immune.
(NOTE: The stats of the transformed minions are kept, only the tribe changes!)
All existing and future demon synergy cards will work pretty well with Darkest Hour (Sacrificial Pact anyone?).

(obviously type being minion / spell, traditionally the hallowed wand random has 5 charges but 4 is close enough)

Day of the Dead:
Love the tribes.
A nice addition to thief Rogue and N'Zoth Rogue. A powerful effect with a condition.

I love card synergy, and this one as a strong, but very situational one.

Additional fun with Stealth, because stealth creatures are spooky too!
