I think many of these are OP, or at least their mana cost should be much higher. I refer in particular to those that summon tokens based on opponent board: (3) mana is too low to account for their overwhelming potential.
Nonetheless, design is really amazing for most of the cards here.
Mal'Ganis on Paladin is totally nuts (in the positive sense). It gives that sense of the possible dark side of paladin (and those wc3 feels). He'd be one of the best class legendaries ever, IMO. Well done.
Poly: Pig - overcosted. Hex is milion times better.
There, I agree. Way overcosted. Only useful if you snatch something like Thaurissian or Y'Shaarj, and even then, not much of a game-breaker.
There aren't really any Mage decks where the card would work in, but if there is ever a Taunt Mage deck with Sunfury Protector that works, I think this would fit well in it. Even right now, I think it's a particularly good counter to Houndmaster, since you're taking a Taunt minion from an aggro deck. But yeah, it's not exactly a spell that works for Mage.
.
All of these cards are awesome! Well done!
My custom Expansion: Wrath of The Lich King

Just remember the good times!
I dunno what's worse, the terrible card names or the cards themselves. -10/10.
