Read about Ravenholdt - Here!(WoWWiki) A hidden location that involved a lot of time and pain to gain reputation with, hence the reputation flavor to the Assassin cards.
Update and Changes:
Tiny Spymaster - Changed Attack and Health from 1/1 to 2/2. Changed rarity from Common to Epic. Since he is such a good spy.
Ethereal Assassin - Changed name to correct spelling(from Etherial). Changed rule/text to a more clarified explanation.
Ravenholdt Manor - Animated version added(golden).
Ravenhold manor seems very interesting, however seems a bit though and OP dealing with a 4/4 if it doesn´t get killed, idk, it should be a 4/3 instead? But I LOVE the concept, like unpopulating.
Veiled Informant is aslo interesting, a lot of players made this mechanic before, but I think this one is far better, but its a bit OP, maybe make the spy a 2/2 or 3/2?
Etherial Assasin (Its intentional or its Ethereal the name?), seems interesting, removing a big drop is very powerfull though, but its stats and if you win are worth, seems balanced.
Cloak of Deception, seems a bit powerfull, why not maybe make it 3 cost and it activates at the end of your turn? Because the opponent them wouldn´t find a counter to it, but its interesting the idea, especially for waiting for a combo.
I love the manor, that's a really great concept. The only one I'm confused on is the Ethereal; I assume that if your opponent's minion costs more, it gets destroyed, but if it costs less, nothing happens? I'm just curious really what deck that's supposed to fit in.
I'd love to see more Ravenholdt stuff added in, it's shocking that there's still nothing Ravenholdt-named for Rogue. Great cards!

Yep, nothing should happen if it costs less, as you should had lost the joust
Wow, even more awesome looking cards. Anyways, with the Ethereal Assassin, it destroys the minion revealed in the joust correct? If so, when it destroys a deathrattle minion, does it activate the deathrattle? I'm asking because when a deathrattle card is destroyed through Vanish it triggers the deathrattle.
Etherial Assasin (Its intentional or its Ethereal the name?).
No that's an error on my part. Thank you for pointing that out, i'll fix it.

I've done a rule error here. The minion that's destroyed is the revealed minion that got revealed by the Joust. I'll fix it.

I can see that as well. A 2/2 should be sufficient enough. I'll change it.
Cloak of deception should be at the end of the turn because stealth is lost at the start of the turn which has caused really weird interactions in the past.
Regarding Ethereal Assassin: I updated the cards rule/text. Hopefully it's more clear and understandable now. My thought behind it was as an extra tech against heavy and costly minion decks. Mostly a tournament worthy card, but also a meta game tech.
It doesn't have an effect on your opponents board, though if the joust is won, it has an effect on future plays. Which I thought was something really cool to introduce. :)
I.e 1. You play Ethereal Assassin. Your opponent pulls Azure Drake from the Joust. Azure Drake is destroyed. Ethereal Assassin is put into play.
I.e 2. You play Ethereal Assassin. Your opponent pulls Acolyte of Pain from the Joust. Nothing happens. Ethereal Assassin is put into play.

The rule is clear and easy to understand. It's suppose to give Stealth to you at the start of turn, so there is a down side to have an almost two turn Ice Block. Not exactly the same(hero is not targetable, not immune, still take fatigue and random damage), only random nonsense can harm and fatigue, if you decide not to buff your weapon and remain in Stealth. It gives your opponent a chance to prepare for your Stealth. I hope you understand what I mean by that.
About the interactions part, I guess that is code related? Which is irrelevant. Coding is never a hindrance nor excuse.
The Manor looks too good to me; being able to generate a 3 mana 4/4 is very strong even without all the additional upsides the card has.
Its the same problem I am having now, if it doesn´t dies the 4/4 at the end, you are gonna having an endless supple of 4/4´s, that´s my complain, maybe destroy all generated tokens on death?
Yes, if you don't have a 4 health removal and it survives. Another one will spawn. The mana value as a class card, 3 for a 4/4 is even with stat distribution. It's the same as Grim Patron, though you only need to kill one to destroy the generator. Which makes it good. And Legendary cards HAVE to be good in some way(chance or always a value in return) or it might just as well be a textless classic drop.
If you look at the standard 3 mana turns, getting 2x 4/4 without a removal(minon already on the board or a spell) would be a dream scenario. So the risk have to be wroth it. Or else, it's not notable or worthy to fit the Legendary family.

Photoshop. It's a 0.1 second 15 frame image -> gif. It's the easy but time consuming way to do it since you need to edit(draw effects) for each frame. It's doable with any amount of frames, question is just how much details do you want.
I've experimented with it before. Now, this card is as Overpowered as Overpowered can go, so dismiss that. It was just a animation experiment.
This is just a 0.2 second 10 frames, so it's easy to do something that looks ok with less work. Search for timeline animation for Photoshop, there are some easy enough tutorials to follow if you want to give it a try.
Perhaps, maybe, I could do a beginner guide for animating cards. Like the easy way, w/o complicated knowlage. I don't know. We'll see if there is any interest in the future.
At the moment I'm creating a "Class mini Adventure"(Rogue of course) Set. Like a mini wing. I think people will like it, I hope. It'll take a while to finish though.

Edit: Nvm, misread one of the cards. Great cards overall.
