Hi guys. I have a set of 45 cards here, intended to be the rewards for a new adventure which revisits the League of Explorers, as this time they venture under the sea to face off against an old nemesis - Lady Naz'jar. I have yet to design the encounters, so for now just enjoy the cards: http://imgur.com/gallery/tu1PX
Legendaries:
Neutrals:
Mage:
Warrior:
Rogue:
Hunter:
Paladin:
Druid:
Shaman:
Warlock:
Priest:
A couple notes:
Giant Tuna was a last minute addition replacing the very boring Murloc Bruiser. The imgur gallery displays bruiser (a 4 mana 3/6 vanilla murloc), this thread includes Giant Tuna.
I designed Servant of N'zoth just a few days before Onyx Bishop was revealed so I thought it'd be interesting to show people.
Enjoy, and please give feedback if you like :)

Sea Dragon seems OP, especially with that stats. Reduce it to a 6/6 or increase it to 7 mana.
I really like the Pirate cards you created. Seems fun and balance.
Whaler's Harpoon seems underpower. Reduce its cost to 4 would make it playable.
Overall, fun and decent set of cards. All of them are good buff to tribal decks that allow them to be more playable. However, the fact that there aren't much spells and many of them are situational or underwhelming and the lack of board clear bothers me as it only made Arena even more rely on who go first.

Sea Dragon could possibly be 7 mana. However I will say that I don't think a vanilla 6 mana 7/7 taunt would actually see play, and the battlecry of Sea Dragon isn't necessarily a plus. Transforming Alex or Nefarian ect. is not a good thing. So it's more a niche tool to transform your useless early game dragons, kinda like Elise. But I can see where you're coming from.
On Whaler's Harpoon - I think a 4 mana 3/3 weapon would be decent in it's own right. This is a card I wanted people to build around a little bit so I made it five.
Thanks for the feedback though, and you are right about the lack of AoE.

Looks like an interesting adventure. Just some notes:
Zoolocks are going to have fun discovering through Dark Peddler the Lurking Horror and the Giant Tuna.
Ozumat casts eight spells. Two of which are Twisting Nether and DOOM!. It also casts Call of the Wild, which is nice. That being said, having a 20% chance to clear everything on turn 10 may make a huge swing on the game.
Naz'jar's Handmaiden is amazing, provided Lady Naz'jar lives in the first place. The player can get Tirion Fordring or one of the two Ragnaroses (Ragnarosi?) in turn six-ish. If this was released I would probably try it with Conceal. Good card.
Lol Raging Raider. Power creep. In a much more serious note, Horned Plunderer is an interesting concept, one that I can see Blizzard actually printing.
Jeweled Cutlass is a thought provoking card. Basically it's a Fiery War Axe or Eaglehorn Bow for Rogues. I don't play Rogue much so take the next sentence with a grain of salt. I think the Miracle's deck list is too cramped to have a space for this card. Still, a good card though.
Heh. Priest. Highborne Acolyte and Tidemistress are decent enough cards. I can see some potential in it, but not enough to push Priest back up.
Nice adventure. Pretty cool idea. Truth to be told though, I expected you introducing Naga as a new tribe, instead of using the preexisting Pirates. Still, quite a treat using the existing tribes and taking them into a new spin.
Sea dragon and lady naz'jar seem over powered at the moment i have noting negative to say about anything else rest of the set looks fine on first glance.
I think Captain Scaleblade would be fine if it just said 'Put an Avast, Matey into your hand'. You don't really need to explain what the spell does on the actual card, and it just takes up extra space. I mean, look at the new Mukkla.
I'm also a tad bit worried about Blood-Crazed shark. 6 health is a lot, and many decks don't have a good way to deal 6 damage in 1 go (for example, Midrange Hunter, which I play, often lacks a way to deal 6 damage at once). While it's a lot harder to combo than Grim Patron, I still think it might be too powerful.

I considered making Lady Naz'jar cost 6. But if you compare her to Thaurissan her effect is basically a similiar effect to him, but harder to pull off because you need a board. And it's random. So given that comparison I think 5 mana is fine.

Stormfin Seer + Brann Bronzebeard = Miracle Shaman? Maybe.
Discard Warlock with Cycle of Hatred will get a free tap-ish, plus maybe a Fist of Jaraxxus or Silverware Golem.
Heh. Priest. Highborne Acolyte and Tidemistress are decent enough cards. I can see some potential in it, but not enough to push Priest back up.
